    Keoz Moore: Two of my nails broke (index and middle finger). I asked could they fix it but they did the complete opposite. They are oddly shaped and wider than the other nails. Nail tech explained that she could not achieve the normal shape as the other nails because she had to add tips (fake nails); the others are my natural nails. The nails she fixed hurts badly. Nail tech also seemed she was in a rush. I absolutely love this place but if you don’t go at certain times, they will rush.

    Shenise Daniels: I only gave 1 star because it is a requirement! The salon is beautiful & clean however my nails were HORRIBLE! They were so bad I asked the gentleman to STOP, he insisted that he would fix my nails and they were only getting worse! The nail for my right middle finger was broken off earlier that day and the guy never added a tip back on after I told him and my natural nail was significantly shorter. The powder was being applied to my nails extremely THICK. My nails were all different sizes and lengths. Finally I made him stop. Two female workers came up to look and they acted as if I was over reacting. (And of course they began talking in their language). I have never left a salon in the middle of the service. I will post pics below of what I wanted, my nails during the process, and my nails after I went to my regular nail salon(Polished Nail Bar). I will never stop here again!

    Stephanie Hunter: The place is clean, the staff was so nice and helpful when I took my 90 year old mother there for a pedicure. I had Kat and she was great, very detail oriented. My mom had Train( I know I messed that up) mom really liked her and said she did a really good job. We will definitely go there from now on.

    Savannah Giddens: This is one of the worst nail sets I’ve ever had. None of them are straight they are already lifting after only a day of having them they tell you one price then raise it $15 extra. The man was so aggressive with my nails it hurt at one point I yanked my hand back bc of how painful it was. The design I asked for looks nothing like the picture and these are wedding nails and the girl I went with her nails are 10x worse than mine. When I called to tell them about it he just argued with me and told me they were perfect when clearly they aren’t. The left is what I asked for the right is what I got none of them are even or straight not even the same length. It looks like scribbles on my nails.

    Amy T.: I found the salon by chance when I was looking for places to get a pedicure. I called ahead to see if they took walk-ins and they did. When I showed up I was seen almost immediately and the environment was very bright and clean, it was calm and quiet and smelled nice. They still require masks for everyone’s safety and they spaced out the customers so there was enough distance between each person. They also wear gloves and clean the stations after every use. I felt very safe here. I love the massage chairs and the woman who did my pedicure was very nice and professional. She was personable and it was a very soothing experience. She recommended that I get the gel since it would last longer and I’m very happy with my pedicure. I will definitely be back as it was a fantastic experience overall! Highly recommend!
