1 /5 Chelsea Wooten: Daughter went in for a couple fillings and didnt come out to tell us or or consult that they needed to do crowns instead. She ended up having 2 fillings and 4 crowns at the age of 2. I wish I got a second opinion. After that treatment and they got there money, they didnt schedule a follow up appointment or any annual exams. Later we learned that they dropped her from being an established patient without notice, and no reason. Unprofessional. Not to mention they drilled so much for one filling that it not only failed but the tooth had completely shattered and there is just small shards remaining and the gum exposed. Dr Freddy does not know how to treat teeth. He made the tooth worse!

5 /5 Nikita Glaze: I take all 4 of my girls here for 10+ years and we love the entire staff and the kids actually love going to the dentist! My 17 year old is sad she has to leave at 18 lol

1 /5 Jessica Shaw: Made my son his first dentist appointment here. I waited 6 months for the appointment he is 17 months. My appointment was at 2. I arrived at 1:50. Filled out paperwork. Then we wait and wait and wait. 30 mins go by. I go ask the receptionist should I just reschedule. She tells me my son is next. We wait 30 more minutes. At this point another mother points out to me that 2 other patients were called back before me that came in after me and she asked me how long I had been waiting. I told her over an hour and she was surprised. I also notice 2 patients about my son’s age with new patient paperwork get there after us and get called back before us. After this mother noticed it too, I became concerned. I went and asked the receptionist again. She said they were running behind and when I asked how much longer as we had been waiting over an hour at this point she said I do not know. When I asked why other kids were getting pulled back before my son she said those kids were getting treatments by another dentist. We are talking 10 plus kids that were pulled back before my son. Granted, my son and I had had a long sleepless night, we also had waited an hour for his hair cut that morning. I was unwilling to wait another hour, so I asked to be rescheduled and they could only get us in March 1st. All I wanted was for my son to have a great first experience at this dentist, but I was treated like his health doesn’t matter. How long we wait with a toddler does not matter We were not a priority even after an issue was raised. I ended up calling a dentist in Marietta and got him an appointment tomorrow because they had a cancellation, so I will make sure my son gets the care he deserves. On another note the waiting room is very nice. Well decorated, but the TV was way too loud and playing shows way over stimulating for most kids in my opinion. So, if you want to limit screen time I would not choose this dentist either.

1 /5 Dugger Rose “rozayy”: Some of the most rudest people up front and the scheduling completely sucks. Lost business with my kids! I’ll never be be back. Always had problems with scheduling and getting appointments. Staff is some of the worst I have ever came in contact with! Horrible place for kids

5 /5 Kerri Peters: I absolutely LOVE this practice! Dr. Freddie is so great with the kids. My two oldest girls did not want to stop seeing him when they got too old to see a pediatric dentist! He stays booked out but just know if you have to wait for an appointment it is well worth it for how sweet he will be to your little one. :)
