5 /5 Jennifer Lambert Coots: The last dentist I took my kids to was Childrens Dentistry of Rome ( with the little red door) they were rude and unprofessional. Please dont mistake this place for them the names are very similar. I had amazing experience with Childrens Dental Centers! My child loved this place. The people were so nice. They took me back for a tour and told me everything they were going to do. After they were done they called me back and went over everything with me. Very professional! Please dont mistake this place with Childrens Dentistry of Rome (with the little red door) I would definitely recommend this place! 5 out of 5

5 /5 Abigail Olsen: We have had a good experience at this Childrens Dental Center in Rome. After struggling for a long time to find a good pediatric dentist that will take our insurance, it is a relief to have found this office. The dental assistants and dentists have been very kind. I appreciate that they explain everything to my children and let them touch instruments before using them. I was able to go back with my son when I requested that when scheduling the appointment. With multiple children, I have been told I need another adult to stay with the others in the waiting room if I am going to go back since they dont allow siblings back in the private procedure room. That detail is inconvenient, but I am happy to make arrangements so that I can be with my child.

1 /5 James Andrews: The first few visits were good. The very first visit I was took back with my child and was told I could go back with him but in all actuality I did not want to the next time I was told I could not go back. That was fine. I do not like this Confirming appointment rule because I didnt always get a text or a call from them and when I make an appointment I go to my appointments but they like to tell you your appointment got canceled after you drive and I live in Cedartown because of not confirming. This particular dentist decided to call me 8:00 before my childrens appointment at 11:00 to tell me they had people out and I would have to reschedule because I did not confirm after proving to them that I never got a text or a call before that day they said I did but after I prove them wrong they would not apologize and the office manager told me she didnt have to talk to me and hung up on me. Most of these places take Medicaid and they treat you like trash I have Medicaid for a reason not because we dont have money but I wont say why but you still shouldnt be treated like trash and be told 3 hours before your appointment is canceled because of their negligence and then be made to look like it was yours. I would never go back to this place. Dr Padilla is the nicest guy I ever met but his employees are rude.

5 /5 Jacqueline Astin: My niece has autism and high anxiety. She has been terrified of the dentist since she was little. Since coming to Children’s Dental Center in Rome she has done a complete turnaround. Our dental hygienist Dana is great! She eased Kennedy into the process. She has had a major impact on how Kennedy feels about going to the dentist. Dr. Kim is also great with Kennedy, very patient and kind. The staff that does x-rays has eased Kennedy into not being afraid of the x-ray machine. I really appreciate all the support we have received from everyone of the staff.

4 /5 Suz Johnson: Time in & out was very good. My child was seen by two or three techs. Had to state no fluoride to each one. The staff was very polite and helpful. Had to laugh, they sent home fluoride toothpaste.
