I highly recommend them for any and all dental procedures. I have had many cosmetic procedures and have been highly satisfied each and every time with not only the work but the entire experience. Dr. Oyler has been so patient with all my fears and puts me to ease before each procedure.

1 /5 Nathan Sangphim: HORRIBLE! THIS PRACTICE ONLY WANTS TO RIP YOU OFF AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!! My Wife scheduled an appt. for one of our two free annual cleanings. They told us that it did not matter if we were in or out of network, that they accepted our insurance and it was covered 100%. That was NOT the case. They knew that our insurances was on a Fee Schedule and neglected to tell us that we would be charged for a lot of the services they were going to provide! When we got our bill, or insurance company told us that some of the items we were charged for were "unnecessary" for a bi-annual cleaning, and that the dentist office was charging more than what most dentists office did. Then they stuck us with a $250 bill for what was supposed to be a free cleaning! When confronted about this, the office personnel were extremely rude to us, they rolled their eyes at us, and even scoffed at us when we told them that we couldnt pay the bill, for what was supposed to be a FREE cleaning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!

Lauren Estes: Between my children, our family has been coming here for over 5 years now. We all loved Dr Bennett. He enjoyed his job, enjoyed the patients (most being children), loved the parents, and my kids literally looked forward to going to the orthodontist. He always included the kids, the parents in all of his updates to make sure we’re all in the same page. We went in a few months ago to find out that Dr Bennett is gone, with zero explanation. We decided to just lean in to the fact that there’s a new Doctor and some reason they can’t share why. My children looked forward to meeting the new Dr. We’ve been extremely disappointed since things have changed. What used to be fun, decently quick visits are now awkward, long visits, filled with a tense office. The only thing the doctor said to any of my kids at the last visit was that he needed my daughter to be more still- no “hi”, no smile, no update for me as the parent. After a few visits, my 13 year old asked if she could not come back there- that he seemed to be angry at everyone. We’re finishing out here because they’re almost done (and honestly the rest of the staff is so kind and helpful). We’ll give it time and maybe it’ll get better… he may just need some adjustment time to get in the swing of things. Hoping it’s not, but if this is the new normal, we’ll head to a different orthodontist for my younger kids

Unfortunately I changed my insurance plan and did not know he is now outside my network. I’m so satisfied with his service that I’m am trying to work on changing my insurance plan again just to have his services. I recommend him highly, he is great.

JC Salmon: I went to Dr. Rix when I was little as did my son’s father. I adored her as a child and always looked forward to going to the dentist. My son is now a patient and the care he receives is top notch. My son is 4 and he had to have a cavity filled this morning and I sat and watched as they treated him as if he were their own. Dr. Rix explained everything to him that they were doing (in kid terms) which allowed him to trust and know what to expect. Her whole staff is just as amazing as I remember when I was a patient myself. 10/10 recommend. ❤️
