1 /5 Alena Stewart: Let me first say I do NOT like leaving bad reviews. I dont think I ever have, but I absolutely will not recommend this office to anyone. I tried to schedule an appointment for cleanings for my children who have been seen in this office since they were a year old. They are now 5 & 7. I was told that it has been two years since their last cleaning and they are now considered new patients.
Their office is not accepting new patients at this time- they will not see my children.
I looked back & it has NOT been two years since their last appointment so I called back. I was then told the date is not two years, but 1 and a half years for them to be considered "new patients". Then the lady on the phone said its because they are not accepting children with caresource insurance.
First, they would not be "accepting" my children. They are current patients regardless if its been two years or 1 and a half. Second, she never even asked how I planned to pay or if our insurance has changed. Third, why not be honest to start with? They are dropping children who are not on insurance plans that work best for them.
I am beyond upset. I hate it for my children who are now going to have to get use to a new office & new faces.
