Dallas Hoskins: Dr. assistant filed paperwork wrong, who was not qualified for medical billing and coding and they still wanted me to pay. One day I had an appointment and I waited for 45 minutes while he and another patient was in the back laughing and talking. I expressed how I felt about it and no one even tried to put me in a room to get prepped.one day when he was pulling my tooth I felt pain and I explained it to him. He ignored me until I had grabbed his wrist and told him I still feel pain.the bill got taken care of by the office but I still cant get a pH call back about appointment. I will find someone else. Especially an office who hires professionals.
Lloyd Leinenweber: I understand its a government job and that people are only going to work there five days a week, but its literally the government institution were supposed to report health outbreaks and food-borne illnesses to. Why am I paying taxes for a health organization whos too lazy to even set up an answering machine?
I guess if we have a contagion to report wed better hope its not lethal while theyre closed, or youll never figure out where anything came from.
A completely inexcusable dereliction of duty.
Sandra Hotham: Dr. Samuel Mumpower is the essence of professionalism. He treats you respectfully and is very kind and conscientious of your comfort level while doing any procedure. He is very thorough in telling you what he is planning to do as well as telling you what to expect, and telling you how to do the follow-up care. He does top-notch work. If I would need his dental specialty services again, he is the man!

3-19-2025. The doctor was very confident and knowledgeable, we both felt comfortable and safe after he explained the procedure to us that my son needed! We scheduled his wisdom teeth removal for tomorrow! So far we love everyone at this beautiful dental surgery office! We will review again tomorrow after the surgery!

3-20-2025 Surgery day, went perfect. Sam was called back for the procedure and returned to me, (I was waiting) in the car . The entire time he was gone was 48 minutes. He said everything went great ,he experienced no.pain and today the 21st. He is already at work. Still some soreness ,but nothing like the pain he was in before the surgery ! We love the doctor he is truly a caring & amazing oral surgery! Samuel said The staff that helped the doctor were all very kind to him! We are so pleased to have found such a caring place to take care of our familys dental needs!
