1 /5 Kaleigh Tutorow: Absolutely appalling! We had gone to him multiple times and everything was fine. My kids then needed dental surgery and we were quoted ~800 total. After the surgery we are told everything went well then months later get a bill for 2200+ then we were told there was nothing they could do. I called multiple times asked for an itemized receipt and then to call back this did not happen until I was finally contacted being told they had a new billing person and they would need to set me up on a payment plan. I told them absolutely not that what they did was wrong and I would not be paying the inflated amount they the. Told me I’ll be turned over to collections. What a freaking crook! Think twice about EVER trusting them they will rob you blind.

1 /5 Power Family: They were wanting to put my 4 year old under and put 4 metal crowns in her mouth. We were fearful 3 days before "surgery" and asked if we could put it off maybe another week. We were told he is booked out until July and if we didnt come in for surgery we would be dismissed and not seen anymore at all. I KNOW I am not the only one fearful of this kind of stuff and metal in my childs mouth. And if appointments are that full, he should have no problem putting someone else there. Maybe I am wrong, but I find it appalling that they would dismiss someone so quickly who is scared of a procedure.

1 /5 May Dixie: Actively searching for a new dentist. This establishment use to be warming and welcoming and would actually answer the telephone. You can call and and call and even Press other extensions and no answer. It rings and hangs up. Also, if your child is experiencing tooth pain, just dont even call this office. I would just go to the emergency room, saldy thats the only option they will give you and of course as a follow up schedule you 3 weeks after. Horrible being open only Monday through Friday but will only see patients Tuesday-Thursday and 4 hours on Friday. This use to be a great place.

1 /5 Jessica Lansdell: Its pretty ridiculous that the only way to get past the menu is to press numbers other than the one indicated. The menu said to press 3 for appointments but when you do it rings like 7 times then hangs up. If you call back, this happens EVERYTIME. However if you have more time to waste, call back a third time, then press 4. Youll finally reach the front office. You guys need to fix this. Its unacceptable to have such a tiresome phone menu in place that essentially blocks communication between patients and the office. I am not amused by the phone games so I will be finding a new dentist for my son.

5 /5 Denise Campos: The best, I have 4 boys all of them love going to the dentist. Everyone is always so happy and sweet to my boys. I love that Dr. Padilla have Spanish speaking staff. Since we started seeing Dr. Padilla, he has inspired my 2nd born to become a dentist. He has been wanting to become a dentist since 3 years old. My son is now 6. Thank you to everyone for their kindness towards my boys.
