Pediatric Dentistry - Albany (GA)

1 /5 Brittney Norris: The staff are very friendly and my kids love them which is the only reason we havent gone elsewhere. Waiting for 2-3 hours, in your car, with no bathroom access or shade is the norm. I understand that a dental appointment isnt going to in and out but the wait time is terrible. Now that Im pregnant Im rescheduling their cleanings because I absolutely can not go without a restroom for 3 hours in my hot vehicle without so much as a shade tree.

5 /5 Quinnesha Maize: This is a great practice! The staff are kind, professional, and friendly. I loved how the dental assistant was so patient with my child and allowed her to hold and perform suctioning on herself. Great way to make the visit fun! I appreciate the clean environment and how quickly my child was seen. We had a 0730 appointment and were done and out of the office by 0800. Dr. Mum is a great addition as well.

1 /5 Vintambria Brown: I booked my son appointment with the for the first time, i understand that they needed a physical copy of his insurance card , however i called to reschedule and the front office receptionist Marlene was VERY RUDE! Told me she shouldn’t even be talking to me due to me rescheduling my son appointment within 24hrs mind you I just made the appointment yesterday. I asked to speak to someone else she didn’t allow anyone else to take over the call or noone ever called me back. Thankfully i was able to book my son appointment elsewhere with no problems! I definitely won’t be back there for their services.

5 /5 shantae odom: My son had a great experience the first time around. The second visit was horrible for him, and I liked how they kept reassuring him that everything was ok. I have never experienced a long wait time and I would definitely recommend to others.

1 /5 Hotmail.e Elaine: My kids have been there before in the past and it was an okay experience. Then on the last time we went the rules had changed. I was told that no parents could come to the back not at all.The staff is not friendly at all and didn’t make my children feel comfortable at all. My 16 year old who was in the back getting service as well said that the staff was very dry and Stern with all the little kids. Then I was charged a extra fee (that no insurance payes )because my child was nervous and annoyed by the service he was getting. I just don’t understand how you can be a children’s dentist but charge an fee for children acting like children at a dentist.
