Amy Daniel Wish I could give 0 stars!!! By far the worst dentist office Ive ever experienced in my life!!!! This is twice we have driven 2 hours because we were told that our insurance would cover the procedure would be covered 100% just to get there and then tell us oh its not covered itll be 250.00 a tooth. So we left then they called me back and said it was a mistake and it is covered I asked them if they were sure and they told me yes 100% ok so I take another day off work drive all the way there just to be let down again!!!!! Dont every use these people. They dont know what the hell they are doing... ABSOLUTELY WORST DENTIST OFFICE EVER!!!!!

Akelahd My experience at AAPHC Glover Dental Center was incredibly disappointing, to say the least. I arrived promptly at 9:00 AM for my scheduled appointment, only to be greeted by Dynesha (forgive me if I got her name wrong, the lady with the starter locs) at the front desk, who seemed utterly disinterested from the start. After providing her with my insurance policy number, she bluntly informed me that there was no coverage under that number. Frustrated but determined, I offered a different policy number, but she continued to insist that nothing was showing up in her system.
Refusing to accept her dismissal, I contacted my insurance company directly to clarify the situation. When Dynesha reluctantly took the phone from me, she managed to accidentally disconnect the call, leaving me to endure another 15 minutes on hold just to reconnect and provide the necessary information myself. It was a maddening waste of time, especially considering I had used the same insurance information successfully just two weeks prior.
Throughout this ordeal, Dyneshas attitude was beyond unprofessional. She treated my concerns about insurance coverage as if they were trivial inconveniences, and her passive-aggressive remarks to her colleagues only added to my discomfort. Not once did she greet me properly or attempt to make me feel welcome. Instead, she launched into a tedious discussion about insurance without any regard for basic customer service etiquette.
The entire check-in process, which should have been straightforward, stretched out to a mind-numbing 45 minutes due to her incompetence and indifference. Now, thanks to her mishandling, Im forced to wait until the end of August for a simple check-up that should have been routine.
AAPHC Glover Dental Centers abysmal 2.4-star rating is certainly justified based on my experience. I had hoped for a professional and efficient visit, particularly since I chose this clinic specifically because it was in my insurance network and for a second opinion. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered by Dyneshas appalling lack of competence and customer care.
In light of this regrettable encounter, Ive decided to reschedule my appointment and seek dental services elsewhere within my network. Its disheartening to have to take such measures after planning this visit in advance, but I refuse to subject myself to further mistreatment. For anyone considering AAPHC Glover Dental Center, I strongly advise against it unless significant improvements are made to their customer service standards.
P.S. your message on the wall is false. Get back to customer care.
