1 /5 Joe Carr: Just got a call rescheduling my surgery for tomorrow because Dr is unavailable for the second time. Now me and my abcess can wait another 3 weeks. No reguard to the logistics some people have to accommodate these appointments. But if Im late or dont give 24 hours notice Im charged?

5 /5 Kristen Jolly: Initially I was treated unkindly by the front office staff. I didnt want to use this office because of that and made up my mind I wasnt going. HOWEVER, once I got there and met Dr. White and his attending staff, I was very impressed. Everyone was kind and accommodating, making sure I was comfortable. Dr. White was very kind and friendly, as was everyone else. They are very fair with pricing as well. He did a great job on removing my wisdom tooth, and also called personally to check on me the same day as my surgery. I would recommend them to anyone!

1 /5 sam halim: I wouldnt recommend Dr Young to anyone, is not enough that doc listen but honest who doesnt change his fees whenever he feels like it , its very important to patecince, Dr Young change his three times without even consider to bring me for explaintion, surgery was supposed to be in certain time then he changed due to his taken off vacation then after he came back they changed estimate up, then month later changed again, so he doubled the price for no explanation at all, did the same thing for another work before that,, there are many other surgeon who can do better job with more feeling and honesty for their patients than just money hongery.

5 /5 Denise Gravitt: Dr White and his staff are amazing! I would definitely recommend this practice for all of your oral surgery needs. He was very personable and caring! He did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what we should expect. We were seen at our appointment time and they handled the insurance issues with expertise. They even called a few times to check how we were doing and offered the option to call them if we had any concerns. A+++

This office wanted to put my elderly parent under sedation to extract a single root tip which they deemed to be a “simple extraction.” The charge for the sedation was $700.00. When I inquired if this could be done with local anesthetic, I was quickly informed that the charge for local anesthetic would also include a $350 charge for nitrous oxide. This is at least 2-3 times the charge of ANY dental office I have encountered, including specialty offices. I have been in the dental profession for 35 years.

The work this dentist did on my mouth was the worst with 4 crowns and he did not finish the job on fifth crown #11. He cancelled the job on September 12, 2024. Please do not go to that office trust me… My Crowns are not straight in the same level with the same size at front and different white colors.

Mackenzie Anderson: 3-4 hour wait time past the time of your scheduled appointment, even for kids who are required to not eat before procedure. Meanwhile all the receptionists are door dashing food all morning in front of the kids. Bathroom sink is full of blood and paper towels and the floor is covered in toilet paper. A guy asked for gloves to use their only restroom and this is something they expect kids to use. All the dental chairs are in one room with no dividers so other peoples splatter can end up in your mouth. If your kid is going under sedation they dont allow you back there for any reason, which is unethical for kids under 6 years old. Then they have the audacity to say its for covid reasons after youve seen the conditions of everything else.They make an already traumatizing experience for kids even more torturous and traumatizing. This place should be shut down just by the cleanliness alone, not to mention how they treat people. Save your kids and avoid this place at all costs.
