1 /5 Lashari Jones: Ridiculous. Service is completely out of line. I took my son of school because his appointment was set for 230 for himself and sister who isnt in school yet. Get there at 220 filled new patient information and forms by 225 I was finished with that, only to not be seen at all I finally left after sitting for 1 1/2 hr. Worst service ever this place does not need to be open for business.!! At 315 I asked when I would be seen front desk woman said shortly welp shortly never came because at 4:00 I left.!

Please do not go to that office trust me… My Crowns are not straight in the same level with the same size at front and different white colors.

Mackenzie Anderson: 3-4 hour wait time past the time of your scheduled appointment, even for kids who are required to not eat before procedure. Meanwhile all the receptionists are door dashing food all morning in front of the kids. Bathroom sink is full of blood and paper towels and the floor is covered in toilet paper. A guy asked for gloves to use their only restroom and this is something they expect kids to use. All the dental chairs are in one room with no dividers so other peoples splatter can end up in your mouth. If your kid is going under sedation they dont allow you back there for any reason, which is unethical for kids under 6 years old. Then they have the audacity to say its for covid reasons after youve seen the conditions of everything else.They make an already traumatizing experience for kids even more torturous and traumatizing. This place should be shut down just by the cleanliness alone, not to mention how they treat people. Save your kids and avoid this place at all costs.
