Mackenzie Anderson 3-4 hour wait time past the time of your scheduled appointment, even for kids who are required to not eat before procedure. Meanwhile all the receptionists are door dashing food all morning in front of the kids. Bathroom sink is full of blood and paper towels and the floor is covered in toilet paper. A guy asked for gloves to use their only restroom and this is something they expect kids to use. All the dental chairs are in one room with no dividers so other peoples splatter can end up in your mouth. If your kid is going under sedation they dont allow you back there for any reason, which is unethical for kids under 6 years old. Then they have the audacity to say its for covid reasons after youve seen the conditions of everything else.They make an already traumatizing experience for kids even more torturous and traumatizing. This place should be shut down just by the cleanliness alone, not to mention how they treat people. Save your kids and avoid this place at all costs.

Courtney Conlan I drive over two hours to see Dr. Carlon. I saw her grandaddy and her momma before her. I trust this family with my mouth. I take pain very seriously and choose Dr. Carlon because she also takes pain seriously. She and her staff are gentle. Office staff is honest and will work with you and your insurance. They genuinely care for their patients. Most of their staff have been there for over a decade or more. It’s a happy office.

Cheyenne Clark I came here, paid before insurance only to have to call in several times trying to obtain the prescribed prescription they gave me, only to be left without them ever doing it. I was constantly told that theyd have to talk to one woman and theyd call me back. They never reached out to me, I always had to call them. Lack of communication, act like only one person can deal with prescriptions and waste of up front paid money. I pretty much paid them for nothing and to play run around games to eventually say F it with these ppl and move to another clinic.

Lashari Jones Ridiculous. Service is completely out of line. I took my son of school because his appointment was set for 230 for himself and sister who isnt in school yet. Get there at 220 filled new patient information and forms by 225 I was finished with that, only to not be seen at all I finally left after sitting for 1 1/2 hr. Worst service ever this place does not need to be open for business.!! At 315 I asked when I would be seen front desk woman said shortly welp shortly never came because at 4:00 I left.!

Melissa Williams I will be the first….I ended up here due to an emergency….And will NOT return!!!! Dr. Chapman has very Poor Bedside Manors. She came in and said 3 words to me…..”I’m Dr. Chapman. They did X-rays on me - 3 people checked those X-rays and 2 out of the 3 checked to see what issues I was having. NOBODY has said to me YET….What they found or They Didn’t find Anything! They tapped and put some stuff on my teeth that was cold and extremely painful…..Left me in tears! Then she (Dr. Chapman) just walked out….With no communication whatsoever!!!!! I was then led to the front with them leaving me in tears and pain with a prescription To return in a week!!!!!!! The best thing about this office is….it is Very Clean, and Bridgette….The Assistant she is So Sweet and Very Empathetic! I also spent an entire morning to afternoon trying to call back to see another more Experience Dentist….And No one Answers!!!!!!! My only wish is….Bridgette was the Fixer!!!!! I am new to Albany and that was my 1St Dr.’s Experience…..I am not used to this type of Customer Service in FL! Needless to say…..I WON’T be returning!!!!

Jessica Resto Im only giving 1 start review so I warned you not to go there. Family member in pain with an infected tooth, visited her, called her so she can see her and all she does is sent antibiotic and pain killers and the appointment its in June. However if we pay cash she can see us tomorrow!!! Really so for cash they will make the appointment right away. Wow. Reporting the practice to the insurance company as the already approved the procedure. They need to have an audit for this place.

Janelly Rodriguez If I can give this place a zero start I would my daughter busted her mouth on their bench chair and blood was all over her mouth only one lady out of 5 came to help me while I was panicking the dr was rude as hell saying well i don’t see anything broken with a tone when im already stressed out about my daughter bleeding out her mouth non stop this nice lady named Jessica made our experience a little bit better she was kind and patient as well as apologized for our experience everyone else do better will not be coming here ever again
