    Tiffany McAllister: The main reason I come here for my kids is because of the superior excellent customer service that I receive from Casey who works so diligently behind the front counter and in the back. Yes she does it all! She has a way with all her customers that turns into a great friendship. Every time I enter the office she makes the atmosphere so pleasant. I tell her all the time she deserves a raise. If I ever get the opportunity I will definitely steal her to come work for me!!

    Melissa Williams: I will be the first….I ended up here due to an emergency….And will NOT return!!!! Dr. Chapman has very Poor Bedside Manors. She came in and said 3 words to me…..”I’m Dr. Chapman. They did X-rays on me - 3 people checked those X-rays and 2 out of the 3 checked to see what issues I was having. NOBODY has said to me YET….What they found or They Didn’t find Anything! They tapped and put some stuff on my teeth that was cold and extremely painful…..Left me in tears! Then she (Dr. Chapman) just walked out….With no communication whatsoever!!!!! I was then led to the front with them leaving me in tears and pain with a prescription To return in a week!!!!!!! The best thing about this office is….it is Very Clean, and Bridgette….The Assistant she is So Sweet and Very Empathetic! I also spent an entire morning to afternoon trying to call back to see another more Experience Dentist….And No one Answers!!!!!!! My only wish is….Bridgette was the Fixer!!!!! I am new to Albany and that was my 1St Dr.’s Experience…..I am not used to this type of Customer Service in FL! Needless to say…..I WON’T be returning!!!!

After every appointment, Dr. Moss took the time to speak with me personally to let me know how they were progressing and what to expect from that days treatment. I loved that personal communication!

    Elaine Harrell: Dr. Merritt is excellent. She always has a smile. She never tries to give me a service that I dont need. Example: One doctor told me I needed a night guard made because I grind my teeth at night when I sleep. When she checked me at the end of my cleaning she said to go to Walmart, buy a $20 night guard, to see if I really see if I really need one before we pay $500 for one and find I really dont need one. Katie is the BEST HYGENIST!
