Konesha Murray: If I could give it 0 stars I would. If you want to wait hours before your child’s name is even called to be seen then have at it, but the wait time is ridiculous. They seem to schedule everybody at the same time and you’re stuck waiting , some of them are unprofessional and not friendly at all.

Dr. Merritt understands dental anxiety and takes patient discomfort seriously. After years of dental fear, visiting her has transformed my experience. Shes incredibly gentle and patient, even with adult babies like me who used to dread dental appointments.
Now I actually look forward to my visits! Her professionalism, care, and compassion are outstanding. In my 50+ years, Dr. Merritt is by far the best dentist Ive encountered. I no longer experience fear or anxiety before, during, or after appointments.

Some standout team members include Maggie, Susan (I absolutely love running into her outside the office - its like meeting an old friend every time!), Brooke, and Tanisha. My first encounter with Tanisha was so rewarding, and she perfectly embodies what Dental Partners of Oakland represents.

Joe Carr: Just got a call rescheduling my surgery for tomorrow because Dr is unavailable for the second time. Now me and my abcess can wait another 3 weeks. No reguard to the logistics some people have to accommodate these appointments. But if Im late or dont give 24 hours notice Im charged?
Tip Oliver: I have heard nothing but amazing things about Dr Pope Ozimba and staff. I was able to experience their professionalism first hand. Everyone was very polite and Tristan was treated with care. He walked out giving me a thumbs up on how he was feeling. I would recommend this Pediatric Dentist to everyone.
Jeremy Bradley: I cant say enough good about Dr. Moore and the staff here. I had a tooth my regular dentist wouldnt touch and she whisked it out, painlessly and quickly. I just may transfer all of my dental needs here.
Lisa Stewart: While I cannot speak as to the quality of the providers work, I can tell you that the fees charged are beyond exorbitant. This office wanted to put my elderly parent under sedation to extract a single root tip which they deemed to be a “simple extraction.” The charge for the sedation was $700.00. When I inquired if this could be done with local anesthetic, I was quickly informed that the charge for local anesthetic would also include a $350 charge for nitrous oxide. This is at least 2-3 times the charge of ANY dental office I have encountered, including specialty offices. I have been in the dental profession for 35 years.
