5 /5 Hawkins Tang: I am a critic. In most scenarios, I am very pessimistic when it comes to trusting the work of any mechanic so with that being said, I hope this review enlightens you.
I en-route driving from NYC to my home in South FL when my Lexus IS250 shut off in the middle of nowhere, South Carolina.
Mind you, I had no idea where I was - and I needed a mechanic ASAP. Triple AAA towed me 150+ miles to Savannah, GA. Aka, Parrish Auto Repair.
I will keep the story short and sweet. Tony, could have easily lied to me and told me that my vehicle needed a different kind of repair. Instead, I was astonished to hear that Tony simply wanted to replace a fuel pressure sensor. Not only that, he tried to cut back on cost by not purchasing other components that were not necessary in the repair of my vehicle.
Little to his knowledge, I had a friend who worked at a Lexus dealer in South Fl. Who confirmed, that if Tony were to replace the same component via the dealership, it would easily be quadruple the price that he was quoting me.
Tony, fixed my car in rapid time. The repair cost was beyond reasonable. The customer service was great.
I would highly recommend this shop to any person that is coming across Parrish Auto repair.
