Top Nails - jonesboro - Jonesboro Mrs G: I tried to give them another chance, after witnessing how they treated a dissatisfied customer last week. The guy that did my pedicure is outstanding. However, last time they proceeded to do my manicure, while I was in the pedicure chair. It was very rushed, cramped and three of my nails needed repaired. They don’t know I understand what they are saying. Today, they talked me into a scrub treatment. She waited till my pedicure was almost over, to bring out the small packet. Not worth the extra $10. When I told her I don’t want it, she walked away saying, “Cheap people!” in her native tongue. This will be my last visit. If my fingernails weren’t so chipped, I would bypass the manicure. Also, it’s a safety hazard, to put the gel hardener machine on the pedicure ledge, by the water. I asked that they empty the water first! Also one of the employees rinsed off blue towels in the pedicure water basin; then she had a client put her feet in the basin. That was so nasty.
UPDATE: The unprofessional manager tried to use a drill to take off my nail polish. I told her no drill, I’m trying to harden my own nails. So I did not get a manicure, but I still tipped the guy who did my feet. Once again she made a comment and when I spoke back to her in her language, she tried to apologize. One of the customers was like wow, you know what she said?! Then I told her yes, she was talking about you too with another employee (about her feet).
