1 /5 Freda Allen: I went Monday early afternoon, and I was the only person in the sho. There was no excuse for the rush job that this young lady did on my nails. Seems like the minute I said I dont want long nails the level of service goes to zero. I asked for a simple short oval full set and a pedicure with acrylic overlay on my toe nails. If you dont know how to perform a service properly then just say so cause the only thing that was done right was the pedicure. The acrylic over lay on my toes was sloppy, lumpy, and not flush with my nail bed. Also you can see the tip of the overlay was not even painted . The full set was horrible as you will see in the pictures. Apparently this young lady did not know how to shape nails and she was rushing, and there was not anyone else getting service so why not take your time. The colors didnt look like those displayed and by that time, I didnt even care any more. I just wanted to pay and leave. Im a great tipper but this is the 1st time I didnt tip some one in years. , I couldnt justify giving a tip when you clearly can see your work is sloppy. Over 100.00 and I couldve put on some nails at home and came out better. Now I gotta either pay some one else or do them myself cause Im not doing these for my birthday! I would not recommend this place I dont think these are experienced nail techs, they cant do simple shapes well and definitely dont take pride in their work.
