The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars, is they consistently try to upsell preventative procedures. Ive not been one time where they simply said, "great job, no problems, see you next time".

Three of our boys have been patients in the past, and their teeth are all beautiful. Currently, our last son has braces. Dr. Flanagan has always been so compassionate to all of our children and even let our youngest look at his 3D printer when he found out that Zachary is interested in them. He always answers all questions the kids or I have, and spends as much time as needed with them. We have never felt rushed with him. As a Mom, I love bringing my kids to their appointments because the office is so warm and inviting and the staff is so friendly. Christa is amazing. And there is coffee!! The staff is super friendly and made my two boys feel very comfortable during their visit. Both the dentist and dental hygienists explained what they were doing to my boys and followed up with more information for me. The place is very clean and inviting, decorated like a jungle. The boys love the TVs over each dentist chair as well as the treats they got after their cleanings! I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga and wont be taking our children anywhere else!!

C Reefs: I was satisfied from my visit for a biannual cleaning which my insurance provider allows with 100% coverage, however when I received the bill in the mail only 80% of the normal cleaning vist was covered due to the dental hygienist charging me for an extra deep cleaning without notify me that she was going to be doing this. I called to try to work something out on the bill but they would not budge. My first visit and my last.

I was wondering why the business only had 3.7 stars on Google, but then I saw that there were only three reviews, and just one was a decriptionless 1-star, which is not a very credible review. Dr. Henry and staff are fast, accurate, clean, and empathetic. I finally feel good smiling with my teeth, which was something I worried I’d never get to experience again. My whole family sees Dr. Henry and we all have had positive experiences.
