5 /5 Sonny Mason: I was in a lot of pain when I got there. Madison was marvelous working with me, I definitely don’t enjoy the dentist ( most don’t LOL). I do want you to know that you made it a lot easier, Madison! Thank you so much!!!!!! The whole staff I dealt with were very friendly and encouraging.

5 /5 Madeline Miller: This was my first experience, and it was a wonderful experience! The entire staff that I interacted with from the front desk to my fabulous dentist, were incredible. Christina, who did my X-rays, made me feel at ease! She was so great! Everyone at the office was positive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I left there feeling encouraged and educated. Ive never experienced a nearly all female dental office, especially having a female dentist. This was huge for me, and pretty dang cool!

5 /5 letty alvarez: Well they treat my mother with respect and resolve all the questions she had I definitely recommend Madison was super patient with my mother when we went to get her partial. She kept fixing it until my mother was satisfied with it. There should be more people like her.

1 /5 Ann Hess: I attempted to schedule an appointment at the beginning of January only to be told that my insurance had been termed at the end of the year. I panicked of course, and called my insurance company as well as HR and was assured that nothing had changed. So I called back to schedule another appointment and they said I’d have to have my insurance fax over proof of insurance. Needless to say my insurance doesn’t send faxes of that nature so I called the lady and asked her to please just call again and see if she could verify my insurance. Because when I called my insurance to verify my coverage they said no one had called in to verify coverage. So the lady grudgingly agreed to call them again. I’ve called Aspen back several times to confirm if they’ve called or not but they keep putting me off. At this point I made an appointment with the my old dentist who saw me promptly, was able to verify coverage, and didn’t act put out when I asked them to confirm my coverage. I will NOT be using Aspen Dental even though they are down the street and my old dentist is an hour and a half away. And I’ll make sure my fiancee uses my old dentist as well. If I’m going to spend time on a dental appointment I’d rather listen to an audio book while I’m driving to a friendly place rather than spend hours on phone calls dealing with rude people. Your customer service stinks!!!!!

5 /5 Valerie: This was my first visit to Aspen Dental, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Everyone in the office is very friendly and knowledgeable. Maddie is great! She knew I was a bit nervous and she made sure to explain everything about what was going to happen, as well as each of the people I would have an interaction with throughout the visit. She has a very calming demeanor. I would not hesitate to refer others to this practice.
