5 /5 Kecia Hambrick: We just switched to Pediatric Dentistry from another local dentist...and I wish we had switched sooner! The staff is super friendly and made my two boys feel very comfortable during their visit. Both the dentist and dental hygienists explained what they were doing to my boys and followed up with more information for me. The place is very clean and inviting, decorated like a jungle. The boys love the TVs over each dentist chair as well as the treats they got after their cleanings! I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga and wont be taking our children anywhere else!!

5 /5 Lindsay Bunker: I took my 2 and a half year old for his first visit today. I was nervous for him as his mother because I thought he would panic himself. The staff members were so kind. I got to sit with my son and hold him. They let him pick out a Disney toothbrush and he loved that! There was no pressure. They just let him explore the tools, hold the tools, and use the tools on their hands which had gloves on them. Once he did that, he was fine trying it out in his mouth. We were there for a fun experience and my son actually let them do a quick cleaning. The doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly, and let me ask any questions. Anytime my son was unsure or didn’t like something, they gave him a break and let him go back to exploring. They took time with him. I truly appreciate it as a mother. It made me feel successful for him and he had a wonderful first time visit! He got 2 treasure box toys. That’s always a win!

1 /5 Stephen Douhne: Disappointed with Care at Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga (Ringgold) I took my 8-year-old daughter here for a routine cleaning, and I was shocked by the lack of proper care. Instead of using suction to remove the polish and excess material from her mouth, the staff told her to swallow it. Now, she has a stomachache. When my wife brought this up to the dentist, they dismissed our concerns and said it was fine. This is not the level of care we expect from a pediatric dental office. Swallowing dental polish and debris should not be a standard practice, especially for young children. We trusted this office with our child’s dental health, but after this experience, we will be reconsidering our options. I hope they take patient concerns more seriously and prioritize proper procedures in the future.

5 /5 Jennifer Crawford: We love Pediatric Dentistry. The dentists and hygienists are awesome, and so are the ladies at the desk. You dont find that very often anymore where the medical staff and the office staff are great. The first visit, I went back with my son. They did a great job with him. The second time, he said "mom, I got this." I wasnt sure about it at first, but I know its easier if Im not back there. He did amazing. Weve been going there for 2 years now, and we keep our regular 6 month checkups. My 2 year old daughter also just started going. They were so good with her. I highly recommend this group.
