1 /5 Brandon Heuser: Will not be returning. I got a bridge done, and then got an infection in my mouth. They had to nerve to tell me it was my fault and nothing they did. I felt as if the dentist and some of his assistants didnt care about me as a patient. Its all about $. Poor service and a lot of manipulation is what I experienced.

5 /5 Cheri Lovell: I’ve been going to Dr Owens office for 20+ years . I have high anxiety about going to a dentist office.. unknown for a while, I’m wired differently due to Spina Bifida Occulta. Dr Owens makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed and that he found the nerve to numb.. I still have anxiety about it, but he and the sweet ladies that work with him always make me feel comfortable. Won’t got to anyone else..

5 /5 LeAnn Leatherwood: The staff here from the front desk all the way through the hygienist and the dentist are amazing. I haven’t had dental insurance since I was a teen. I had to have the deep cleaning done and when she did the top she made sure to check in with me when she went to the bottom she could tell I was not numb so she went and got Dr Owens to give me some more , when he came in to put another shot in my mouth he was so sympathetic to how bad just the needle hurt.

5 /5 Christine Long: Hands down, the BEST DENTIST and dental hygienists you will see in GA and in TN!! This office has to be the BEST KEPT secret! I have gone to many different offices near and far and Dr. Owens and his staff have figured it all out! They are incredibly efficient, the office is immaculate and kept so nice and clean. Waiting room feels very peaceful and non intimidating. Hygienists are incredibly thorough! I’ve decided to bring my entire family to the office for their 6 month cleaning. Last week Dr. Owens and one of his amazing hygienist Tina saw my daughter. Both listened to my concerns and explained the x rays and wisdom teeth coming in. The cleaning that was done was the best cleaning I’ve ever had and my daughter has ever had! It’s the dream team in this office and really they deserve a perfect 10/10!!!! 5 star experience as each hygienist is so incredibly pleasant and extremely thorough! I don’t know what they use to polish, but our teeth felt so clean and look so white again! Office workers are incredibly sweet and kind too! THANK YOU! I’d literally drive over an hour to see them, because teeth and your smile are that important! They didn’t disappoint!

2 /5 Ashley Crump: The past few years, this office has not impressed me. They seem to now value quantity over quality. There is no telling how many hours you will wait to be seen and then once you are seen, they rush to get your appointment done. Not the best dental work, and Dr. Owens can be impatient and insensitive. Seems like he doesn’t care about you, he just wants to do what he has to do to your mouth and move on. They do have a nice kids waiting area, the ability to let kids watch tv while they are getting work done, toys for the kids when they are done, and sweet women working at the front, though. I also greatly appreciate that they take military insurance.
