Sonny Mason: I was in a lot of pain when I got there. Madison was marvelous working with me, I definitely don’t enjoy the dentist ( most don’t LOL). I do want you to know that you made it a lot easier, Madison! Thank you so much!!!!!! The whole staff I dealt with were very friendly and encouraging.
Manda Jarnagin: We absolutely adore Wee Care! They are beyond accommodating. This Dentist has gone above and beyond to fix some pretty complicated problems in my grandson’s mouth! We’re very grateful! I was very nervous reading previous reviews until I learned that was the former owners. The new Dentist is absolutely amazing.! Their staff is beyond courteous!
Kecia Hambrick: We just switched to Pediatric Dentistry from another local dentist...and I wish we had switched sooner! The staff is super friendly and made my two boys feel very comfortable during their visit. Both the dentist and dental hygienists explained what they were doing to my boys and followed up with more information for me. The place is very clean and inviting, decorated like a jungle. The boys love the TVs over each dentist chair as well as the treats they got after their cleanings! I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga and wont be taking our children anywhere else!!
Brittney Mason: Nina and Kyla were the best. My son was nervous and we even considered rescheduling because of his fears. However they made sure they explained everything before we started. Throughout the entire process they explained the “why” behind everything they did. And at the end they gave positive affirmations to boost his confidence. Day 1 of braces was definitely a success. Looking forward to his new teeth.
C Reefs: I was satisfied from my visit for a biannual cleaning which my insurance provider allows with 100% coverage, however when I received the bill in the mail only 80% of the normal cleaning vist was covered due to the dental hygienist charging me for an extra deep cleaning without notify me that she was going to be doing this. I called to try to work something out on the bill but they would not budge. My first visit and my last.
Taylor Matheney: Dr. Songer is the best! He always addresses my concerns and explains things in a way I can understand. His office is efficient and the staff is super friendly. 12/10 recommend.
Eileen Grubbs: I have been seeing Brooke as my dental hygienist for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. My wait time is consistently short, which I really appreciate. Brooke is always kind, professional, and has a gentle touch that makes cleanings easy and comfortable. She also gives great advice on how to better care for my teeth at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their dental health. Highly recommend!
