I did lots of research for an office that did sedation dentistry, just in case. Dr Lunn & his staff worked me in fast as a new patient and each visit since has been perfect. The staff are all friendly and make you feel welcome. Stephanie is a great hygienist that explains everything well. I always feel like my gums have had a good massage when I leave. As far as costs go, she is extremely fair in pricing and Ive never had an issue with being able to afford what I needed done because of this.

Meg Cole of Tomorrow Leonard Design & Consulting Super shocked to receive a bill on April 3 claiming I owed them $100 from August. This was the first notification. The office manager interrupted me to firmly state that they had been billing me at least three times over this. Never saw a bill before it showed up saying I was over 90 days past due. No one called about it. Never have I left their office without asking the charge and paying in full. When you see the commercials about people being afraid to go to the dentist because they fear the bill this is who theyre talking about. Beware!

Jennifer Byars My kids have been patients with Dr. Flanagan for about 10 years. We have loved him and his staff from the beginning. Three of our boys have been patients in the past, and their teeth are all beautiful. Currently, our last son has braces. Dr. Flanagan has always been so compassionate to all of our children and even let our youngest look at his 3D printer when he found out that Zachary is interested in them. He always answers all questions the kids or I have, and spends as much time as needed with them. We have never felt rushed with him. As a Mom, I love bringing my kids to their appointments because the office is so warm and inviting and the staff is so friendly. Christa is amazing. And there is coffee!! They are so compassionate towards their patients and provided excellent services. They made my daughter very comfortable when her braces were put on and while doing the follow up appointments. Destiny Shepherd My experience was extremely dissatisfying. The dentist extracted 11 teeth without attempting to save any, contrary to my expectations. I had initially scheduled a cleaning and fillings, also inquiring about smile enhancement options, but was surprisingly advised to undergo the removal of 11 teeth. When I returned to discuss a treatment plan, the dentist seemed more concerned about the potential insurance payout than my dental needs, despite my having dual insurance coverage. I found this lack of consideration troubling and would advise others to have a dental plan in place before visiting this office. Its crucial to prioritize your dental care and explore alternative options to ensure you receive the best possible treatment. I regret my decision to visit this office and would not recommend it to others.

Kecia Hambrick We just switched to Pediatric Dentistry from another local dentist...and I wish we had switched sooner! The staff is super friendly and made my two boys feel very comfortable during their visit. Both the dentist and dental hygienists explained what they were doing to my boys and followed up with more information for me. The place is very clean and inviting, decorated like a jungle. The boys love the TVs over each dentist chair as well as the treats they got after their cleanings! I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga and wont be taking our children anywhere else!!

Lindsay Bunker I took my 2 and a half year old for his first visit today. I was nervous for him as his mother because I thought he would panic himself. The staff members were so kind. I got to sit with my son and hold him. They let him pick out a Disney toothbrush and he loved that! There was no pressure. They just let him explore the tools, hold the tools, and use the tools on their hands which had gloves on them. Once he did that, he was fine trying it out in his mouth. We were there for a fun experience and my son actually let them do a quick cleaning. The doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly, and let me ask any questions. Anytime my son was unsure or didn’t like something, they gave him a break and let him go back to exploring. They took time with him. I truly appreciate it as a mother. It made me feel successful for him and he had a wonderful first time visit! He got 2 treasure box toys. That’s always a win!

Stephen Douhne Disappointed with Care at Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga (Ringgold) I took my 8-year-old daughter here for a routine cleaning, and I was shocked by the lack of proper care. Instead of using suction to remove the polish and excess material from her mouth, the staff told her to swallow it. Now, she has a stomachache. When my wife brought this up to the dentist, they dismissed our concerns and said it was fine. This is not the level of care we expect from a pediatric dental office. Swallowing dental polish and debris should not be a standard practice, especially for young children. We trusted this office with our child’s dental health, but after this experience, we will be reconsidering our options. I hope they take patient concerns more seriously and prioritize proper procedures in the future.

Annette D The ladies at the front desk are great. They are very nice and helpful, but the guy that gives you the quote will come at you with an attitude if you question things. They are ridiculously overpriced. If you need a crown, they will charge you $875 in lab fees, because they can charge whatever they want (thats what the guy told me)! My insurance carrier said thats the most shes ever heard and she even said it was a ridiculous price! I went to another dentist that charges nothing for lab fees. I can get 3 crowns at this other dentist for less than the lab fee here. They charged me $155 on my free cleaning because they sprayed what tasted like mouthwash around a few teeth and put a laser up to it. I told the new dentist that this one said I had some 4 measurements on some of my gums and she didnt see the same issues. I feel like this dentist is a ripoff. There was a second dentist that I called that charges less for a crown without insurance than what this one charges with insurance! Call around to other dentists to check prices before you go here, unless you like throwing money away.

This office offers periodontal care and crowns are made on-site. My insurance provider changed and I had to find a new dentist, and I am glad I made my appointment with Dentists of East Brainerd.
