I was treated exceptionally from the receptionist to the doctor. I think I came in contact with 6 staff members today and they all treated me like family. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Kristen Tyler I almost never leave reviews but I am still in disbelief at how efficient and pleasant our experience was here. I have never (myself or daughters) been to a dentist office that actually caters to children as much as they do. My 10 year old has extreme anxiety, yet she left feeling 100x better about seeing the dentist. This was our first visit here and my girls were in and out within 45 minutes. A place like this truly changes the fear that is associated with going to to the dentist.

Madison I am writing to express growing concern and disappointment regarding the level of service at your office. While my family consistently fulfills our responsibility by arriving on time for appointments, often confirmed by your automated reminders—we are repeatedly met with scheduling issues. It is frustrating to arrive on time, only to find that our slot has been double or even triple booked. Our time, like that of other patients, is valuable and deserves respect. Today was yet another example of unacceptable service: we arrived for a scheduled appointment only to be told it had been cancelled by your office—with no prior notice. Where was the communication? Where was the empathy? While we understand that unforeseen issues can occur, this is clearly not an isolated incident, which makes it even more troubling. What is at stake here is more than just one appointment is the trust and loyalty of long-term patients. My family of six, along with many others in our extended community, came to Vibrant Smiles because of the service. If that continues to deteriorate, it will also be the reason we leave. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that meaningful changes are made to address these ongoing issues.

Crystal Williams The dental hygienist was so great! She did a great job with the cleaning and picked up on preventative things as well. The dentist called me after to go over my xrays which I really appreciated because I was concerned. The facilities were really nice even though you cant tell from the outside. My cons were the front desk staff... they didnt even acknowledge me when I came in. I was 5 mins before my time and I waited 15 mins before they even gave me the paperwork to fill out. They also had so many people there. It seems that they over booked because they had so many people there the dentist couldnt explain things to me until after hours.

Ann Marie I recently accompanied my younger sister to her orthodontic appointment as the responsible adult over the age of 21. I was joined by my husband, and we were there with full authorization from our mother, who works full-time and was unable to attend. She provided me with her insurance card and explicitly gave me permission to handle all matters related to the visit. Despite having everything in order, I was treated by the staff as if I were a stranger with no right to be involved in her care. I was repeatedly asked to verify basic information, forced to make phone calls for confirmation, and ultimately had to interrupt my mother at work so she could send an email granting me access—despite already having done so verbally and through documentation. While I fully understand the importance of HIPAA and patient privacy protocols, the level of inflexibility and lack of basic courtesy I experienced was unnecessary and frustrating. It felt as though the staff chose to ignore both common sense and the clear permissions I presented. The entire experience added unnecessary stress to an already busy day and left me deeply disappointed with the way I was treated.

My hygienist, Nicole did both and they were the best cleanings I have ever gotten in my many experiences at a dentist. Patient, takes her time and doesn’t rush. She is encouraging and explains what she’s going to do and how to best care for my teeth. When you can feel the difference in you mouth as well as see the difference, makes it all worth it. I am so pleased with my experiences with Nicole for my dental hygiene care. She’s the best.

The office is incredibly friendly and everything flowed very smooth from check-in to my examination. Barbara Abercrombie Dr. crowe and his entire staff have always been excellent from their professionalism to their personal care and genuine concern. I’ve been a patient of his since I was eight years old. I am now 47 years old and have taken my own children to him as early as 2 years old. He’s an excellent dentist to children and adults. I would highly recommend him over any pediatric and adult dentist. His secretary, Sheila, is also awesome! She’s always been a great source of support, and very easy to work with; always working with the patients to get them in even on short notice. I would never think of going anywhere else. I’ve never had a negative experience in the 36 years as his patient, and my now teenage kids love him and his staff as much as I do ❤️

Katie Click My husband and I had great first appointments, and end up scheduling appointments for our 3 children. We have a 9, 7 and 5 year old, and all said it was fast, and they preferred it to the pediatric office we had been at before! The staff was great about talking to the kids and paid a great job putting them at ease. We had great, common-sense dental reports (like not needing to fill a cavity on a baby tooth that’s about to fall out). We are very happy to have found an office our whole family can go to that is close to our new home. Scheduling and filling out our paperwork online was very convenient, and we were able to schedule the kids appointment close together for one trip. We will keep going back!

Desiree Cross We have been going for the past 6 months (3-4 visits) and truly every time I’ve been I’ve seen red flags. From one momma to another, do not come. It is clear that money is their only concern, not the parents and not the children! They are extremely unprofessional, disorganized, crabby and rude. They do not do their part in terms of communicating all that is necessary and they are not thorough by any means in their work. If you are looking for a good dental office for your child, please keep looking. Terrible experience. I would give them a -10 if I could.

Zakiyya Vincent I loved this dentist until today. My son and I have been coming here since he was old enough to visit the dentist. However, at today’s appointment, I was informed of a new policy stating that children over the age of 6 cannot be seen with their parent. I find this very odd and would have appreciated being informed before arriving at the office. Given this policy, we will now be looking for a new dentist that allows parents to be present during their child’s appointment.

Coco Jackson This is the worst dentist office you can take your child to. My child went in for tooth pain a couple years back and they suggested a filling. I asked if that was the best option because I didnt want him to continue to have this pain on and off. 2-3 days later my son tooth was infected and then they said he needed a root canal. So, how they didnt know this before. He was given pain and infection meds. I didnt trust them to go back in his mouth, so I let him take the meds and he was good. He got his cleanings and everything else at another office. Well, a little over a month ago. He started having pain in that same tooth to where I had to take him to the ER his pain was so bad they gave him a shot of morphine and some pain meds to take home. So, I called around to get him seen because his dentist was not able to take him until another week. The Childrens Dental Group was the only one available. They took him the next day. Me thinking Im getting my son taken care of. I scheduled the appointment they said he had to be scheduled for a cleaning to be seen though, which was odd to why not just come in for emergency visit. Any who they did they cleaning and he was still minor pain. They suggested the root canal. I asked about it being pulled because its a back tooth and I didnt want him in pain. The Dr. stated that they can definitely do it, but they would need to do a mold for a spacer also since he is young (16 years old) and the teeth will shift. I agreed and appointment was scheduled for the next day. I verified the day of with the coordinator of a 2-week turnaround for the spacer. 2 weeks went by I called to see if his spacer came in and they acted clueless to what I was talking about. So, I asked to speak to the office manager. She stated that they dont do spacers and that the Dr. wouldnt have told me that because they dont to that in house. Which I also told her that their coordinator stated the same thing. I was so upset I hung up and my mind was on getting my son taken care of elsewhere. That was 1 week ago. The office manager called me back today stating that she talked to the Dr. that told me the information and that they do actually do the spacers there. But I needed to schedule my son to come in for other fillings on the other tooth right next to it in order to get the spacers made. I told them to make sure my insurance is not charged for the spacer, and I will have them do it at another office. They do not know what they are doing and its sad to say they are dealing with kids. Getting your kids in for any service that they see will benefit them is crazy. They dont communicate with each to each other well, and they have no process that they even understand what they can and cant do as a dental practice. My child suffered twice dealing with this office. Never again!! Zero stars should be an option.

My friends recommended this office to me after not seeing a dentist for several years and being anxious about it. It’s not a massive corporate structure and it feels very family-oriented. Will be coming here for as long as possible and would recommend it to anyone.
