1 /5 Kevin M: Edit to respond to the practice. I did not receive a follow-up message, as shown in my screenshot of the texts received. It would be great to see where this alleged follow-up was sent because that is a complete lie. I received a text two days before my appointment asking that I update my insurance information to make my appointment as smooth as possible. This text had no mention of this being a requirement or indicating my appointment would be canceled if I did not respond. The day before my appointment I received a text indicating that my appointment was canceled. When I responded I was told that the need for this information was clearly communicated and that a follow-up reminder was sent. This was shockingly unprofessional and left me scrambling to find another dentist to take me on as a new patient to make sure I could get two cleanings in the same dental plan year. I would recommend finding another dentist if you’re looking.

It is clear that money is their only concern, not the parents and not the children! They are extremely unprofessional, disorganized, crabby and rude. They do not do their part in terms of communicating all that is necessary and they are not thorough by any means in their work. If you are looking for a good dental office for your child, please keep looking. Terrible experience. I would give them a -10 if I could.
