I went in looking for a curling iron an there was one on the shelf I wanted but the box was all torn up an taped all over so I asked the girl that was working there witch she wasn’t very pleasant! I asked her was that the only box she had in that style an was the box just a return an she literally was like I don’t know an walked away…. HELLO you work there!!! Than I was looking for hair styling idems an all the older women an the girl would say is how they hate the way people come an an write bad reviews… we’ll have better customer service! Ask people if they need help finding anything maybe not standing at the cash register an actually help customers! I want EVER go back In there the store looked so unorganized it’s just going down hill!!!

    seventh symbol: Took my son here for his second hair cut. The barber was too rough with him. She wasnt very good at explaining instructions to him and didnt have good patience it seemed. I personally wont be going back to the place.

    Maranda Ramos: Went in for a pedicure. They didn’t even remove my calluses , I asked her if she will be removing then she barely touched it with a nail grinder. Never had to ask for a real pedicure before . Didn’t clean under my nails either. My nails were not filed square , and some were still rough and had to be self filed when I got home . I personally wouldn’t go back. I never get my feet done and feel I wasted a ton of money

    Amour Chula: I love coming to this nail salon, its so peaceful . The service is amazing. The best place to go to in Washington. Great massage when getting toes done. Also the only place I can come to with a Inspo pics and they get design right on point. I will be returning back.

    Chevelle Hickman: 1st time visit bc I am just visiting this city. I went for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was not much better than me just soaking my feet and painting my toenails. It was the person I had not the place as a whole. I watched 5 other pedicures take place that were much better from the start. I was 4 out of the 6 pedicures to come in within the time. It was a 5 min wait. Place looks clean. They use the basins with the removable plastic bag. It was very quiet not even the staff talking. Which was good bc I was listening to a podcast in AirPods. I paid $40 for a basic with gel polish. I didn’t want anything done to my legs and calves bc I don’t like it but I didn’t even get lotion on my feet and right before I was done she rub a little oil across my toes and a dry spot she felt on my heel. Like a which rub across. She did a hot towel around my heel and ankles only. She scrubbed my right foot with sugar scrub but only left toes. None of it was the same from foot to foot besides clipping filing and painting my toes. She had a dremel that was dying but she still pressed it more than 10x as it started and stopped as she tried to smooth my nails on top. I decided not to do a manicure or brows bc I would have to wait for one of the others that were busy bc I have naturally long nails I only cut annually for my bday and I wanted a great manicure. I would go here again but I would ask for a different technician or staff member. Not sure what they are called.
