1 /5 Tiffany Duarte: I have to say the workers are awful!!!! I went in looking for a curling iron an there was one on the shelf I wanted but the box was all torn up an taped all over so I asked the girl that was working there witch she wasn’t very pleasant! I asked her was that the only box she had in that style an was the box just a return an she literally was like I don’t know an walked away…. HELLO you work there!!! Than I was looking for hair styling idems an all the older women an the girl would say is how they hate the way people come an an write bad reviews… we’ll have better customer service! Ask people if they need help finding anything maybe not standing at the cash register an actually help customers! I want EVER go back In there the store looked so unorganized it’s just going down hill!!!

4 /5 marla Simmons: Ran in to get a few supplies for my hair. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the floors had been marked off..the aisles were clear and the things I needed were easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. The star was taken for having to carry out my stuff in my hands. I was a little insulted that they were charging for a bag ..a paper bag..to put your buy in. Didnt like this at all. Otherwise..a great shop.

1 /5 Danny Broome: My hair is a complete disaster thanks to Sally’s. Literally you should have to pay for my salon visit to correct. I am a natural red head. I love my color but wanted someone to make it more vibrant and not high maintenance. I know I said that 4xs or more to the lady who helped me. I look like Ronald McDonald now. This was nothing what I was looking for. I thought you had to know hair and hair products to work at Sally’s. Obviously not. I’m am far from happy and checking to see what can be done at this point. Hire ppl with hair knowledge!
