Kimberly James I had an amazing time at Cute Nails! Monty and Anne provided great customer service and did a fabulous job on my nails and toes. The service I received was SNS for my nails and GEL PEDI for my toes. They both were kind, engaged, and treated me like a queen. It was nice to receive this treatment.

Dexter Porter My First-Time Pedicure Experience – Thank You! Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to express how pleased I was with my experience at The Nail Lounge. My wife gave me an ultimatum either I start getting pedicures, or I can’t come home. So, I figured I’d give it a shot, and I’m glad I did, I took my laptop with me got some work done while getting the feet done. As a man, I never thought I needed a pedicure. I always assumed it was just something for women, but after my visit on Monday, 3/24/25, I realized how wrong I was. The experience was incredibly relaxing, and my toes, feet and nails have never felt and looked better. I walked out of there feeling refreshed and wondering why I hadn’t done this sooner. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the woman who helped me, but if you can figure out who she was, I’d love to have her work on my feet every time I come in she was the best! Thank you again for such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back each month for now on.

Chazidy Register I’ve been coming to the Nail lounge for over a year and they are top tier! Always courteous, respectful and quick! Today, Yenny and Phoenix double teamed on my nails and feet and did amazing! Phoenix also did my brows and it looks the BEST I’ve ever seen! Def check them out! I’ve seen seen a lot of staff over the year so everyone is great, but shoutout to Joey, Melissa, Mr. Lou, Mr. Ken, and the front desk guy who’s always being silly! The entire staff is quite literally amazing! Check them out if you live in the area!

Private Tour Lingerie Extremely lazy work. The man that was manning the front desk was nice, but the woman who did my simple gel pedicure this horrible made sure I will never visit this establishment again. I did not fuss with her, I allowed her to finish, allowed her to fully view her mistake and asked her was she sure she was finished and she confirmed, I paid and left. Lets me know they dont value their customers or work quality and efficiency. Visit somewhere else.

Ashley Mullinax Danny and his wife are so sweet! I never have a long wait and they really take their time. I’m so glad I stopped in one day bc I’ve passed in numerous times. This is now my 5th time coming here and I’m so pleased! They are also affordable and clean!

Dv8 Junglist I showed up a half an hour before close without an appointment on a weekend and they were able to do a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish. They were suppose to close at 8:00 pm but were kind enough to stay late to make sure I received the services I requested. New state of the art massage chairs, extremely clean, and an overall nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend:)

Friendly Neighbor I’ve been going here a little over 2 years usually no problem but in the last 6 months a lady named Jenny has done my nails 3 times and single time she puts them on to thick and doesn’t file the beds down and within two days some of them lift. If it happens one I understand, but 3 times and every time she does them this happens. They are a brand new full set. I won’t be going back. Because it costs to much and then they lift within days. Because of this i cannot recommend this establishment.

Ebony Davies Mohervation I typically spend around $100 on my nails that would get me the works and I never complain however this time I am because I came for the most simplest nails. What made me mad the most is the price was changed after service it doubled from $35 to $60 for this basic set of nails. No gel polish she charged $15 to use pink acrylic and $10 to shape, she cut my skin multiple times and it literally took an hour and 45 mins to complete. I would not have said anything if this was not the second time this shop did this. The first I asked for a design the girl tried and could not do it so I just got an outline on my tips she told me one price and charged me another. This has got to be the worse service I ever had. I will never go back again.

Im usually the type to tough it out and do my own nails, but Im so glad I went. Very clean and kind people. I cant wait to go back again in a few weeks. Living in Atlanta and Decatur is a completely different experience when going to these places. I loved my experience

Dani Deobi I got a cat eye gel manicure and I do like it. I didn’t have to wait and the staff were friendly. Only thing is she was rushed and did nip me a bit, but thankfully the tools came from a sterile pack and I will keep it clean so I hopefully won’t have to worry about infection.

Tina Kitchens After being home for a significant amount of time because of a surgery I recently had, I finished my workload remotely and needed some self care, I googled closest nail salon to my house and decided to just get a pedicure. I walked in and instantly Laura was very sweet and welcoming, she did exactly as I requested and even had good conversation with me after having a very rough emotional few days. Then Tenna helped out with not only helping with a manicure but then she did sone cute nails its been a very long time since Ive pampered myself lord knows I needed. These ladies did a fantastic job and were very sweet. The prices were reasonable and just what the Dr. Ordered for a pick me up. Thankyou ladies I appreciate you both for being so kind to me.

Tabitha Cain Ive been going here for close to a year and the last time I went I had an appointment @ 11. I was trying to find something Christmas-y so I picked a red color and when Lily pained one nail, I said it was too light, so I had to pick another color and it did take me a minute to do so because again, I was trying to do festive colors. While I was picking another color she says "I have another appointment at 12" which was crazy to me. I made an appt, I always tip and this was the 1st time I struggled finding a color. So after I left I told myself I will not go back there if thats how Im going to be treated and would rather go somewhere thats cleaner but then today I decided I have been going there for a while and maybe she was having a bad day so I called to make my appointment and Lily said I was too difficult to deal with last time that she does not want to do my nails LOL ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No wonder this place is always empty its not clean and they are rude it just took me a while to see it. I will gladly go elsewhere and Im sure the next place will be capable of painting my whole nail and capable of helping their customer find a color instead of saying "I have another appt"

Yaya Styles New to the McDonough, So far I have visited this salon on 3 different occasions. I waited to leave a review to see if they were consistent with their service and I can say with confidence that they are. great customer service, very clean atmosphere that always smells so refreshing. I like how spacious and opened it is. The owner is very involved with guest making sure they are taking care of I’m offered hot tea, wine or water each time I’ve visited. I would like to point out the cute little gifts at the front desk for no charge (help yourself). As for as service I’ve tried 3 different nail techs and each one understood the assignment. If you are ever in the area and would like to treat yourself do yourself a favor and stop by.

Sharccara McNair Celine is amazing! She shaped my nails perfectly and achieved the ideal thickness with S&S. The service was fast, friendly, and I even got to enjoy a glass of wine. Highly recommend her for a top-notch nail experience!

Yard Parties Went in for an eyebrow fill and was literally told they were too busy to do it: I smiled, thanked them and walked away. I gave this shops another chance after my daughter revived toe-fungus… even after being open for a couple months but trust me….. you don’t have to take my hard earned money!

Krystal Ly Ive been here twice, and both times I had a wonderful experience and great service! I got a gel manicure on my first visit, and that was the first time my gel manicure lasted so long! On my second visit I had a full set with designs and loved them so much! This photo is 10 days after the set.

Aaliyah Dorsey I had the pleasure of coming here for my first time and I must say they have a customer for life! Punny got me all the way together and I will be referring everyone to her. I came in with a reference and she put her own magical twist on it, I am just in love!! The compliments have been flooding in and I haven’t even left the shop yet lol. It’s a very nice and clean establishment, as well with music playing at a good volume. Overall will be coming back here from now. 10/10 experience. Love it here!

J T I am not one to make reviews and complain. But the service I received today was not the greatest. I came in at 10am leaving about 1:30pm. I will just get to the point, Lots of miscommunication and the young girl had to accommodate everyone, as it seems she knows she is the only one handling things well. By the time I got to the third technician, he said he was going to cut my nail and I thought he meant to trim them evenly , thinking they’ve communicated what I wanted done, when all of a sudden he starts chopping off all my natural nails on my right hand. He asked what shape do you want them in, I said no shape now because you cut them all off! He assumed I was getting acrylics :( He quickly glued a fake one on to hurry and try to fix the issue. I just knew I should have left when miscommunication was happening with my feet :( Then the young girl comes back around again to find out what was going on… she knew what happened and here she was fixing another mistake. She then decides she is going to make it right for me and stays with me the rest of the time. I know she tried to make it right…I’m not mad at her for that. I’ve never had anyone chop my natural nails so quickly like that. Then swap out technicians and it become so evident they messed up. If you know me you just know I am very passive but the mistakes made on this visit in this place was a bit ridiculous. Communication is not their strongest point. The young girl then uses powder to try and mimic my real nails. At the end, They put me on the phone with the owner and I asked them just to be fair. I am also a business owner. I am not trying to take advantage of anyone. I said I will pay for the feet but I am not paying for my hands as I still felt my finger tips on my hand throbbing from how close they cut down my nails. If you have natural nails, you’ll know. At check out they refused to honor my request and I did pay the full price. The owner was called on the phone, and tried to only give me 10 % discount, then went up to 20%, then finally a 50% disc. The problem I have is that, it wasn’t about the money to begin with which is what they made it out to be. It was the principle for me. I asked them to deal fairly and was firm on my request. I will pay for my pedicure but not my manicure as to me it is not what I was hoping for. I was not going to leave my nails like that, it was up to them to fix my short nails and be fair. I’m sad for the girl in the middle and I told her it was nothing personal but the principal. I will not be visiting this place again. If they would have honored my request which I thought was fair considering , then I would have given another chance and would have come to get my nails done the next time by the girl only. I won’t be coming again. I would rather invest in family owned businesses that care about the longterm and not just for the moment. I have now wasted too long on this. I paid full price. I need the owner to know , he was not fair and now for the extra $ he lost a committed customer. The nails look so bulky. I rarely treat myself and this was disappointing today. :( I uploaded photos under nail images. My nails were light purple with soft white on the ring finger. My first review ever :( underneath my nails are sooo bulky :(

angel thai Lilaaa the customer service was excellent! I got seated and little to no wait time. They had such a wide variety of polish, charms, and etc. If you’re worried about how long you’ll have to sit, don’t worry because she works FAST and EFFICIENT. I loved how my nails turned out!! 10/10 recommend, will be coming back!

Leo gave me a great pedicure, and Lila did a good French tip acrylic set! They both were professional, and detail oriented. The salon has a beautiful atmosphere, and the staff ensures a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Lush Nail Bar Jodeco! Definitely a 5/5!

MS. PKS CROCHET BRAIDS Taylor did an meticulous job on my nails, I always keep it simple. Im. Styling gel nails and the color is DNC83. My strip lashes done by rhe owner and she always gets it right and they last me at least a week or better. Ive always had a good experience.
