1 /5 Tabitha Cain: Ive been going here for close to a year and the last time I went I had an appointment @ 11. I was trying to find something Christmas-y so I picked a red color and when Lily pained one nail, I said it was too light, so I had to pick another color and it did take me a minute to do so because again, I was trying to do festive colors. While I was picking another color she says "I have another appointment at 12" which was crazy to me. I made an appt, I always tip and this was the 1st time I struggled finding a color. So after I left I told myself I will not go back there if thats how Im going to be treated and would rather go somewhere thats cleaner but then today I decided I have been going there for a while and maybe she was having a bad day so I called to make my appointment and Lily said I was too difficult to deal with last time that she does not want to do my nails LOL ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! No wonder this place is always empty its not clean and they are rude it just took me a while to see it. I will gladly go elsewhere and Im sure the next place will be capable of painting my whole nail and capable of helping their customer find a color instead of saying "I have another appt"
