They did a thorough assessment on my car to figure out what the problem is. I got a scruff on my car and they were able to buff it out with no extra trouble. 4 /5 harvey poteat: I only gave it 4 stars because there was an issue regarding parts but I give Mary 5 stars for working hard to find my parts and I give D and his crew 5 stars for jumping on fixing my car time the parts arrived.. I will definitely work with them again.

1 /5 YOUNG L “IAMMYAYOUNG”: Do not take your luxury car here !! I want to start by saying before the merge I was a faithful customer of Franks he had been working on my cars for years . I had my car towed here on March 12 for a repair that I was told would take place on that Thursday my car was parked in their car grave yard . I called Friday evening because I had not heard back from them I stayed on hold for 30 with mary waiting for her to let me know what they thought was wrong with my car that was preventing it from cranking up . She came back to the phone stumbling over her words like she was making up a story as she spoke she mentioned my computer fuel issues etc and that they wouldn’t know until the got it into the garage and put on the computer… it may be Saturday before she knew claiming they were working due to being behind. Well Monday evening before they closed I went up there because I still hadn’t heard back from them she was busy so I spoke to a mechanic who took me to my car and open hood to my car he tried to crank my car and even connected a jumper box to it and still nothing he told me one of my fuel pumps had failed and stated he would get my car into a garage on Tuesday morning well Tuesday morning around 10 am I showed up my car was still untouched by them so I went to the office asked for my key walked to my car to find it unlocked and non of my engine covers over my engine I then go back into the office and asked them to reattach them he stated they snap back on very easily. I also noticed my car doors had been unlocked all night in Conyers .. I then have my car tow to the certified BMW repair shop my car only needed a Battery a Battery how did they not know this . My battery was replaced and my car drivers like it did the day i drove it off the car lot …. Don’t take your car here because instead of a computer issues high pressure fuel pump all I needed a Battery.. I really hate to see franks great reputation get stains because of these folks he needs real foreign car mechanics
