2 /5 Gilberto Lawas: I came here for reviews prior to bringing them my car. I called and explained the problem before I brought it in. The techs were friendly and attentive. Fast forward; Long story short, 2 months and 5k later the car returned in worse condition. Same old misfires but with 2 new codes. I didnt even bother returning it. I highly advise you to NOT bring your car to this establishment. 20250521 I sent the car out of state to Modern Masters in West Virginia at a cost of $1900- shipping and including diagnostic. They were able to determine the cause of the problems. 1 - The spark plugs on the drivers side bank were out of index. Apparently when scoping, the tech re-used the same plugs. 2 - 3 of 4 injectors on the drivers side bank were leaking under pressure. Bad injectors was the problem all along. I had replaced them with ebay injectors. This was on me because I told the tech they were new and could not be the problem. I am adding one star back because had I left the tech to figure it out on his own, he may have come to the same conclusion. But to return the car running worse than I dropped it off is reason enough for the 2 star reveiw. Total repair with shipping to WV was another $5200. Thanks again for you excellent work.

1 /5 Parris Woods: These guys lied about fixing my 2006 mercedes benz cls55 amg. I told them it was running rough and 6 cylinder was bad and instead of changing that one 6 cylinder coil pack they said they had to change all 8 the spark plugs and my car was fixed. I got in my car and it was still running rough, and the mechanic told me some lie about the value my be sticking so when I go home I went on YouTube and found a video that told me what was wrong and how to fix my car which was to coil pack for the number 6 cylinder and car is now running fine. I purchased the one coil pack for $65 part and these guys charged me $1065 for something I really didnt need. They are a Rip Off shop. I will never use these guys again. Straight liars and dont know anything about cars. Shade tree mechanics in two bay car shop with 35 broken down cars all around sitting thats been there for years. Never again poor rip off mechanics!! I stand on this message and experience!!!!

5 /5 Jennifer OBremski: Ive taken my nissan xterra and my better halfs ford Explorer here(they usually dont do American) they have always done excellent work and for less than many other shops. I am a happy repeat customer and will continue to trust my vehicle to them.

1 /5 Dipped Marketing Group: Horrible experience. I went up there because of its proximity to my house (1 mile) and the stunning reviews. I went up there and the older black gentlemen had an issue with me before even saying hello. Quoted me $240 to change my oil, and said “Im not trying to judge you, but you probably have oil leaks already because you get cheap oil changes.” Sir, I just bought my new construction house and dont have a single oil leak in my driveway. This man was never within 40 feet of my car and couldnt tell which model it was, but somehow made all types of assumptions about my vehicle. He judged me based on my appearance, and when the older white gentleman greeted me with a smile he waved him off and shook his head no so he wouldnt attempt to help me. Stay away from this place. All of the false diagnostics of my vehicle are a clear indicator that these people are ripoff artists. They will price gouge and lie without remorse. When I asked why the oil change was $240 there but $110 at the dealer, he said because it took an hour of labor to reset the sensor. Sir, thats done through the dash. SMH. Steer clear and go somewhere reputable.

5 /5 Carole Ramsay: Eurosport Auto has been an oasis to me and family. Denton the owner has been a godsend when it comes to honesty , professionalism and someone who is learned about car repairs. He understands the nature of his job , does continuing education so as to keep up with the upgrades and be inline with the competition. I do recommend Eurosport as the shop that will take you there.
