1 /5 Hannah Christine: If I could rate them zero stars I would. They had my husbands Kia Soul for almost a MONTH. It had damage to the bumper and one headlight. Okay I’m thinking maybe a week and half because the first week they said it wasn’t ready because they were waiting on a part. 2 weeks later we call again, still waiting or some other story. It wasn’t until we were calling DAILY and requested to speak with a manager that they finally said okay we will have it ready by the next day and call you before noon. The paint on the car needs to dry. Well no phone call came and then Friday we called again, well we can’t paint it till today because of the rain. That Monday we call still drying…how???? It never rained over the weekend!! So my husband calls and says we need the car it’s been 3 weeks! The owner calls and says okay I’ll call you by noon tomorrow to pick up. I called to verify again what the manager said because we are down to one car and I have to pick it up with my husband working. This young woman answered and said yes if they said it will be ready they will call! Well noon the next day came and crickets! Literally nothing! So I and my brother in law and my husbands children drove to the dealership. My brother in law goes inside and then comes out upset- guess what! Car wasn’t ready!! He walked over to talk to the mechanic that was working on it and was told it still needed to be painted ( the bumper) and test drove??? Soooo basically yall lied and never painted it! 2 days later we finally got the car back almost a MONTH later!! You would think that would be it, NOPE! We are driving home from a babyshower in Cummings,GA the light from the car comes on…engine overheating?? Ummm what? We pull over and give it a few minutes. Same thing happens again! This is 9ish at night with our young children! Then the car DIES! Thankfully we were close to target and could go in and get water for the car. We are still 50 min from home and guess what car DIES AGAIN!! We had to have family come and get us, we had a mechanic friend who came to look at it and BIG SHOCKER they aka Browns Auto never screwed on a simple part where the coolant is connected! This could have cost us our car! I will never EVER Go back to this place!

- Plus how can you not have a manger on duty to answer general questions??
-Almost a month without a car because a Kia specialist was needed, buuut they can’t even screw in a part correctly? Yeah okay
