The owner took his time to explain the cause of the issues and the measures he took to diagnose the vehicle, when replacing parts he also took photos of all the old parts to verify new parts where put in. This is now my go to for my car needs. I gave this shop five stars because they are honest, reliable and gave awesome customer service, and highly recommend!

T E DuPree-Thompson El I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with services rendered by Conyers Car Care in Conyers, Georgia, for my 2004 Mini Cooper. A few months ago, I brought my vehicle to this facility after being assured it could be repaired. Following the diagnostic assessment and proposed solutions, I approved repairs exceeding $3,000. However, upon retrieving the vehicle, it became evident that the car remains unsalvageable, directly contradicting the initial assessment and the substantial charges incurred. The vehicle has since been moved to a salvage yard, representing a complete loss of my investment. Another mechanic who specializes in foreign cars looked at the list of repairs that were on my invoice and shook his head in the tell tell way of calling bullshit. Questioning the “rust” charge and the fee for timing chain adjustments. I was refunded some of the charges but still ended up paying more than $2k. Please verify what people say so you don’t end up spending thousands on useless/undone/bogus repairs.

Trinity Rodriguez went here last week to get an oil change and fix my headlights as i was recommended and it took them nearly two days to finish.. do not come here !! better off asking ya uncle for help

Miles Big Boyz automotive get me taken care of every time I go there, they are great with repairs and oil changes and very affordable, I dont be waiting for long periods of time either and also the owner is awesome to work with, I totally recommend anyone in the area to check them out.

Jonathan Foster Do not go here, mechanics are immature! The whole time they worked on my car they made jokes the whole time. Then made me go to autozone to buy the oil needed for my truck out of my own pocket and then charged me $120 dollars for the oil change even though they made me go buy the oil from autozone with my own money! Do not go here, they are unprofessional and honestly a waste of time!!!!

60sectolive My wife was on the road from North Carolina driving home to Houston, when her car broke down in Conyers GA. Amidist the panicked calls, I quickly tracked down On Time Mobile Mechanic. He came immediately to her rescue!! He quickly diagnosed her broken bely pulley, and picked up the parts needed for the repair. She says he is just the sweetest, and she now feels safe! On Time Mobile Mechanic saved the day for sure. When you spouse is on the road and something goes wrong...there is no feeling like there is nothing you can do... We are storing this number because we frequently travel this route, and it will be a good thing to be able to stop and have your car checked to make sure all is ok, and boost driving confidence...and when she is by herself I know she has a road angel! Do not hesitate to call On Time Mobile Mechanic!! If there was 6 stars, that is what I would give this business. I am blown away by the service!!

Hannah Christine If I could rate them zero stars I would. They had my husbands Kia Soul for almost a MONTH. It had damage to the bumper and one headlight. Okay I’m thinking maybe a week and half because the first week they said it wasn’t ready because they were waiting on a part. 2 weeks later we call again, still waiting or some other story. It wasn’t until we were calling DAILY and requested to speak with a manager that they finally said okay we will have it ready by the next day and call you before noon. The paint on the car needs to dry. Well no phone call came and then Friday we called again, well we can’t paint it till today because of the rain. That Monday we call still drying…how???? It never rained over the weekend!! So my husband calls and says we need the car it’s been 3 weeks! The owner calls and says okay I’ll call you by noon tomorrow to pick up. I called to verify again what the manager said because we are down to one car and I have to pick it up with my husband working. This young woman answered and said yes if they said it will be ready they will call! Well noon the next day came and crickets! Literally nothing! So I and my brother in law and my husbands children drove to the dealership. My brother in law goes inside and then comes out upset- guess what! Car wasn’t ready!! He walked over to talk to the mechanic that was working on it and was told it still needed to be painted ( the bumper) and test drove??? Soooo basically yall lied and never painted it! 2 days later we finally got the car back almost a MONTH later!! You would think that would be it, NOPE! We are driving home from a babyshower in Cummings,GA the light from the car comes on…engine overheating?? Ummm what? We pull over and give it a few minutes. Same thing happens again! This is 9ish at night with our young children! Then the car DIES! Thankfully we were close to target and could go in and get water for the car. We are still 50 min from home and guess what car DIES AGAIN!! We had to have family come and get us, we had a mechanic friend who came to look at it and BIG SHOCKER they aka Browns Auto never screwed on a simple part where the coolant is connected! This could have cost us our car! I will never EVER Go back to this place! -Horrible communication! It’s not hard to communicate! - Plus how can you not have a manger on duty to answer general questions?? -Almost a month without a car because a Kia specialist was needed, buuut they can’t even screw in a part correctly? Yeah okay Do Not Go HERE!!!

Caitlin Marica First and last time doing business with them. I have an alternator replaced and spent almost $400. Just to go to AutoZone and have them test it and it’s still failing. I called to ask them to replace it and they said “it’s something electrical”. This should have been fixed when I paid $400. I will never do business with you guys again. Scammers!!!!

Maxine Forbes Today I revisited this shop for my ac which they completely replaced 7/3/23 which is now blowing hot air again. I got here at 8A for a diagnostic at 12 noon I asked how much longer only to hear that the ac they replaced only had a 12000mi or a1 yr warranty and that it would cost me $999 out the door with everything under the sun wrong with the ac unit. I am so upset because I cant believe I sat here for all these hours to find out theres no warranty. They are over priced for everything

Who? I’m a roofer from Louisiana and unfortunately had some issues with f250 while I was working in Lithonia ga. I looked and called around to multiple places somehow by the grace of God I found this place very nice guys knowledgeable and got right down to the problem even got it addressed the same day before Fourth of July. Good mechanics are hard to come by and these guys here are awesome. If you are thinking of using them that will be one decision you won’t regret. Thank you guys so very much. Tee Jay Service(s): Injector install, use of diagnostic tool. Pros: -Wayne seemed helpful at first. -They seem to do *good* work for actual companies that use diesel trucks--like H.E.R.O and other semi trucks. -The prices were better compared to others Cons: -We felt rushed, and not prioritized when speaking on the phone, or following up on the truck. -No clear answer on estimate time of completion. Our truck was there for weeks for a simple repair. -The straw that broke the camels back was that one of the techs was upset that we installed our exhaust pressor sensor on our own so decided to charge for us using their diagnostic tool...when they didnt charge the first time. -Also pay attention to the repair work if youre able to. We caught them unplugging and rearranging wires and cables (Which had nothing to do with us wanting to use their diag tool). It was clear that they were potentially trying to sabotage our truck. Final thoughts: Use these guys with caution. I would test their patience on the phone first. If they cant be patient with you there then youre likely just another number instead of a name.
