First, it was fantastic that I could text the front desk person with questions after Id booked an appointment. Next, she greeted me sweetly and showed me into a super comfortable waiting room with water, coffee, a corner that would actually keep small kids entertained, and most importantly for me: a comfortable couch with lots of pillows. Im a disabled 35 year old with EDS, and sitting in an uncushioned seat for half an hour or more can ruin an entire day or even week with the pain it causes. I needed a simple oil change and I got in on the same day, no wait, and no attempts to up-sell me. The price was more than reasonable, and the experience didnt stress me out. The art on the walls made me feel welcome too. And to top it all off, they left a handwritten thank you note in my car, along with a little gift, as pictured. Highly recommend!!!
