Another BMW owner stopped and told me to take it to Crumlys. When the tow truck came and I said take it to Crumlys, the driver said good choice. Andrew was kind and explained in detail what the problem was and made the repair. Theyre knowledgeable, and professional. So very glad I have a shop I trust to take care of my car. Initially I was skeptical because I had never heard of them being I live in another town. They were extremely professional and from the second I dropped off my vehicle I knew it was in good hands. They did an amazing job on the repairs. They went way above and beyond. I’m more than thankful for the staff and the owners for taking care of me. I couldn’t have asked for better. I hope to never get in another collision, but if I do my vehicle will be going to Hollingsworth and no where else. It’s rare to find a business these days that take care of their customers like they do. I plan to recommend this business to everyone in my town. Thank you all so much for doing such an amazing job!!

    Dunamis Flux: Compared to other firestones that I have been at across america, this ones a little bit dumpy. But they got my car in right away for an oil change and thats what I needed. So... maybe i am impatient, but an hour and a half for a simple oil change is SLOW. At home, without the benefit of a car lift, I change my own oil/filter with a floor jack and jackstands in about 40 minutes start to finish... its not complicated.
