1 /5 Tyler Shaner: Absolutely terrible experience. Sent a car in for an over heating issue. Insurance said they would cover an entire engine replacement as they thought that was the issue. Shop INSISTED they replace the radiator and serpentine belt and that will fix the issue. They did that and we got the car back with a COMPLETELY dead battery for no reason, A/C not working, and still over heating. They insist we send it back there instead of to a different shop; ok. We send it back and get it back with dirty foot prints on the back seat (why were they back there for an overheating issue?), broken side skirt, random things hanging under the car, missing windshield washer fluid cap (???), check engine light, and STILL over heating. We’ve taken it to a new shop to finally have the engine replaced like was supposed to be done in the beginning and will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.

Stranded and stressed, I contacted my car dealership, only to be told that I would need to have my car towed to their location to resolve the issue—a costly and time-consuming solution. In desperation, I reached out to 3 Guys Auto, and they were my saving grace. They came to my location promptly and reassured me that they could handle the problem on the spot. To my amazement, they made and programmed a new key fob right there by my car, sparing me the hassle and expense of a tow. Not only were they incredibly efficient and quick, but their service was also very affordable. Despite the holiday weekend, they didn’t add any extra charges, a testament to their integrity and customer-focused approach. The technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Thanks to 3 Guys Auto, I was back on the road in no time. Their exceptional service and dedication have earned them a customer for life. 1 /5 Keilaun Wilson: Man never again don’t go safe your money and still dealing with wrong things they did from over 6 months now took my girl car in for gear linkage cable and months of redoing work and other things failing after bringing car back when car was perfect from the beginning … they take their time and once I had a worker there tell me to do it myself and come pick the car up because I kept complaining about what was going on … very unprofessional … in their possession my car even got wrecked by them and the does that they point on don’t fit and rain comes in my girls car now
