D&T Automotive Repair - Augusta
Chris Calhoun: Have a Honda Accord with a Transmission solenoid problem that other repair shops didnt want to touch. These guys replace and fix it with no problem at a good price. Definitely recommend.
Butler Automotive - Augusta
Matthew Johnson: I had a slow leak in my front tire on my Toyota Camry and couldn’t figure it out. Stopped by Butler on Wrightsboro Road they found a nail in the sidewall and explained that it couldn’t be patched safely. They got me a great price on a replacement and had it installed, balanced, and back on the road in under an hour. Super efficient and very transparent.
Automotive Experts - Augusta
Afro History Learner: "I recently had the pleasure of getting my cars AC fixed at Automotive Expert, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their service. As a veteran, it is important for me to support businesses that value and appreciate military service members. What initially caught my attention was the significant price difference between Automotive Expert and Firestone. In 2022, Firestone quoted me a staggering $1800.00 for the AC repair, and shockingly, in 2024, their quote escalated to $2400.00. As a loyal customer, I expected them to uphold their reputation of supporting the troops, but their exorbitant prices left me disappointed. Fortunately, I stumbled upon Automotive Expert, located off 740 Scott Nixon Memorial Drive. Not only did they provide exceptional service, but they also fixed my cars AC for a fraction of the price. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a quote of only $420.00 – a remarkable difference compared to Firestones inflated prices. They’re located on post as if they’re supporting military members and they’re clearly not with those prices. The team at Automotive Expert displayed utmost professionalism throughout the entire process. They were prompt, efficient, and ensured that every aspect of the AC repair was taken care of. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and my cars AC now functions flawlessly. I highly recommend Automotive Expert to fellow veterans and anyone in need of reliable car repair services. Their commitment to fair pricing and exceptional service is truly commendable. Its refreshing to find a company that not only delivers on their promises but also understands the value of supporting those who have served our country. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Automotive Expert for their outstanding service and their dedication to the community. They have certainly earned my trust and future business."
Butler Automotive - Martinez

The Garage On Gordon Highway - Augusta
Jennifer Ohs: They don’t stand behind their work. Go elsewhere. The money you think you’re saving will just go toward fixing their mistakes. We had our truck towed here after engine failure. Worked with Ryan to select a rebuilt engine. They installed it, and we should have known something was wrong as soon as we pulled off the lot. The check engine light came on immediately. We turned around, they looked at it, drove it, cleared the code, and told us it was a fuel pressure issue. The next day, the truck couldn’t tow our trailer more than 5 mph. We took it to a shop in Atlanta for a quick look. They found a massive fuel leak caused by poor engine installation. Several parts had to be replaced because of damage from leaking fuel. That damage never should have happened. While the warranty covered some of it, the Garage on Gordon refused cover anything. They told us we should have brought it back to them. Mind you, were 2 hours away and Im not taking the vehicle back to a shop that messed it up in the first place from general lack of quality control in workmanship. We gave them the opportunity to make it right - not asking for a full refund, but asking them to pay for some of the remaining balance of the corrective work. They would not. The second shop’s report listed silicone on parts that shouldn’t have it, missing bolts, and other signs of bad workmanship. Extremely disappointing experience.
Butler Automotive - Augusta
Eric: Took my 2012 Chevy Malibu in because it kept overheating. Turned out to be a failing thermostat and clogged radiator. Butler’s downtown team explained everything in detail, gave me a fair quote, and even flushed the system after the repair. It’s been running smoothly ever since. Excellent work!
Jins Auto Repair - Augusta
Young-Jae Cho: Mr. Jin was able to help me resolve a flat tire within minutes of inspecting my tire, when other auto shops could not find the source of the problem. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.
Glover Automotive - Augusta
C Jernigan: Last week I had been on a trip and was on my way home when I had car trouble. I was 175 miles from home, and my car would not start. I called Glover Automotive at 7:05 pm, and spoke with Mr. Glover. He drove from his shop to where my car was sitting in a shopping center parking lot. Ultimately the part I needed was not available until the next day. Mr. Glover made sure I had a place to stay for the night before leaving for the evening. There was more than one thing wrong with my car, so it took a little time to get the parts and install them the next day. Mr. Glover made sure everything was working/running correctly. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and that I was safe. He charged a very reasonable price for all of the work that he did. I am so grateful that Mr. Glover answered his phone the night I called! If I lived in Augusta, Mr. Glover would definitely be the person I would take my car to for regular maintenance.
C & A Mobile Repair Service - Augusta
Michael Little: I called these people on May 2 about an ABS light problem I had I had bought two Abs light sensors they told me to come in the labor would be about two to three hours. When I got there the computer told them it was two sensors and an ABS modulator valve. But the mechanic said it wasn’t it wasn’t the modulator valve insisting it was a wire. He looked for a broken wire all day but one mechanic told him no change out the modulator. The modulator was 185 they gave me a bill for $1010.69. I was hot because looking for a wire all day was not the problem when I’m fact the computer said it wasn’t it the valve insisting the beginning. Fast forward to May 15 guess what ABS light came on. I called Logan the next day I tell him that the light came back on the first to thing he said it’s a wiring problem and I don’t do work for free all I want him to do was recheck the issue these people is full of it. O I forgot to mention when my bill was so high yes I was pissed because the black guy that worked on my truck told me it would be only 2 or 3 hours labor and we had a heated argument and he called me the N word in front of nothing but white people go figure. STAY AWAY from these people STAY AWAY. I will be doing a different route with them.
