1 /5 Kristen Howle: Very Unhappy with Service Received - or rather NOT Received
Called these people at 230 PM to do a call out to rescue one of my drivers sitting road side. I was told they could handle the job and would have a tech on site within 1-1.5 hours so I left it in their hands. At 5 PM, my driver calls me and tells me no one had shown up. I called and spoke with their service team again to get an update on when the tech would be arriving and was told that they tried to call the driver, couldnt reach him, so apparently they went off and did other things. As it is now after 5 PM, their techs were off the clock and they had no one to send.
This leaves me holding the bag at 5PM (now its after hours), with a truck/driver that has now been down since 2PM, still not fixed.......and NOW I have to start cold calling in the hopes of finding SOMEONE else that can do an after hours road call to help this guy.
Very disappointed that no one at C&A took the initiative to call me directly when they could not reach the driver and theyve left me in this situation today.
