1 /5 Jerome Jackson: Roy was a HUGE disappointment. If I could give negative numbers I would. He wasted two days "looking" at my car. Initially said he could fix it, only to say days later he couldnt. Should have turned around when I saw his shop, (dirty would be an understatement) but he was "recommended" by Sgt. Carter. (Disappointing as well.) Roy was rude and did not like explaining things to me. Guess he has a thing against women. STAY AWAY from this shop.

1 /5 Cornell K: From a loyal customer of 19 years, 7 cars that belong to my dad and 2 that belong to me. NEVER AGAIN. My dad brought my mothers Navigator to the shop for a tune up. After leaving Atlanta the Navigator starting acting up. Fast forward the Lincoln Dealership pulled a plug that was NEVER changed since its ORIGINAL purchase. Which explains why only 2 spark plugs where shown to my dad when he picked up the vehicle. Great way to treat your loyal customers. In one motion you have lost the business of an entire family.

I pride myself on being patient, and trying to be understanding when it comes to getting swamped with customers. With that being said, I really hate having to say that I seriously discourage anyone from bringing their vehicle to this establishment. I had my sons car towed to this place at the end of Feb 2022, and they gave us the run around for over a month. Today is April 11, 2022, and the car is still not fixed. The car has sat so long, as you can see in the picture, the tire has gone flat. Im having to get it towed again to another shop. They only have one (1) mechanic, and customer service is horrible. Do not, I repeat DO NOT take your car to this place. If you do, youre doing so at your own risk!

After a detailed inspection of the vehicle the problem was quickly found, coolant hose and an expanding water hose with bad clamps. My old mechanic was not available and I passed their shop every work morning. So pressed for time, I stop in. It was a light day for them and they started in my van immediately. It was a front brake pad replacement and I already had the pads. The shop was clean and the service was professional. Since then Ive gotten JP Automotive to service all three of my vehicles.
