1 /5 Nay Nay: Never going back again!!!!!....ladies never have a ever gotten individual lashes and it took all my lashes underneath the lash tech is not good at her job at all she literally put the eyelashes so close to my eye lid underneath that I had to go to the store and buy some eyelash remover because it bothered my eyes so much I didnt want to complain but I just knew my natural lashes was gonna come out how she did them. I called and complained but decided to take them off myself because I didnt want to deal with the bad energy of her or charge me to take them off knowing the did them completely wrong first time. Please please ladies do not get your lashes done by her!!!!!!!!Look at mines then charge 30 dollars seriously no go back to lash class and try again!!!!!

1 /5 Leeza Edge: I used to come here all the time, and I tip 20 on top of paying full service but I got my nails done the other day, she could not do the length, or shape right each one is a different length and shape, some are wide some are narrow some longer than others. She continued to file extremely thin nails down to where it felt like it was to my skin, she missed a few steps like checking for matching finger size, and dusting off after filing. I know that the shape I wanted was possible I get it often but she said that its impossible and cant be done after she put the nails on, so I continued to get it done because taking them off would further damage my nails when I came in with damage and she filed to my skin, I didnt think taking them off would be safe. I am extremely disappointed in them I used to refer people and claim they are wonderful but, I cant believe my last visit and will never go again even if they are the last one standing.

5 /5 Vanasia Jenkins: Went to get the coffin nails with my friend and I absolutely love them. It was only 25 for a full set and the man who did them was quick and did a great job. Definitely recommend.

1 /5 Topnotch Diva: The worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! They do sloppy work and very rude!!! The first time I have ever got my finger cut by a nail technician! A waste of my hard working money!!! Ugh!!!

Cathryn: This place used to be great and now it’s trash. I was very clear with what I wanted for my nails, and they gave me something completely different than that. They also took so long that I didn’t have time for them to fix it (not that they probably could have.) It was miserably hot, there were dozens of flies in the place, and the phone was ringing off the hook with no one answering it. My nails were also left very crooked, my cuticles were cut and bleeding, and the male nail tech gripped my fingers so hard that they hurt. It was also way too expensive for the service. I will not be going back.

Christopher Graham, MBA: They were very friendly! I mean extremely friendly! This has to by far be the most welcoming nail salon I have been to! However, I hate when techs speak Korean over me. They were mocking the work of my previous nail tech. I can make out certain phrases that lead me to that assumption. She finally said something about the acrylic being thick. This was quite ironic, because I went in for a matte black short coffin set. The couldn’t find the matte polish so they asked another tech for her polish. It was cute, but when she found “her” polish it turned out very streaky. The shaping and laying of the acrylic were subpar. This was shocking because she was the owner. I came here because of the good reviews and referrals. Great service, but maybe I should have let another tech complete me service. The are a bit on the pricey side also. I paid $50 for the full set in the images. Just plain acrylic and gel polish. I was not pleased, but I had already had a bad experiences returning to a nail salon to get repairs. I just went to another shop, though her husband did say return if I was I unpleased. I think he knew they were not cute.

KonnichiwaSuu Agency: I’ve been to this salon before and I’ve never had an issue before. I came in yesterday to get my nails removed, get a pedicure, and an acrylic overlay. They started with my nails i don’t the lady’s name but she was older. Now, I know you’re supposed to let the nails soak but I was under the impression that she was doing something different to get them off so I let her do her thing. I felt little pinches but I knew that was normal when removing nails but I had no idea she was ripping my nails off. When she finished the first hand I was so hurt I started crying because I love my nails and now they’re messed up. I don’t like writing reviews on places that I previously had good experiences with but this was too much. My nails are ruined and I won’t be able to get them done for months! I didn’t have to pay for this but it still sucks.

Mc ShellBell (ShellBell): I did a walk-in to get a pedicure at Sassy Nails. I havent been here in a long time and wanted to give them another try. Last time service wasnt that good, felt rushed during my time there and had a long time wait time. (That was about 2 years ago or longer) This time got ke on in, and service was wonderful. The lady was awesome with my leg massage and took her time with me even though they got busy once I sat in the chair. The massage chair is working great, by the way. Most places dont let you use their bathrooms, but they let me. It was clean in the bathroom, too. The music they were playing was relaxing. Only reason gave them 4 stars is it was hot in there. On a warm day like today, it really needs to be a little cooler.
