    Lee Christian “crissy”: This shop is crooked. I paid them over $4000 to replace my transmission In November 2024. They told me they would put a new transmission in my vehicle. Have a 18 month warranty. On June 10 2025 it started slipping again So the morning of June 11, I took it to the shop. That was not there that day so the owner Carl Moore took care of my issues. They checked my mileage and the codes that my vehicle was throwing and said I indeed needed a new transmission. They informed me that they would call American transmission and try to order me a new one, but American transmission to their shop to replace it. I waited two weeks and had not heard anything back, but assume my transmission was on the way. Finally, on June 25, I called them back because it had been exactly 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. At that time they informed me That they had forgotten to call American transmissions and they also forgot what my mileage was and what my codes were could I please bring a vehicle back to them. Even though this was an inconvenience, I obliged and promptly headed to the shop. They scanned my vehicle again, but then told me there was nothing they could do. My mileage was 114 miles over the warranties covered miles. When I brought up to them that they were supposed to order the transmission two weeks ago, Carl Moore, who is the owner yelled at me and told me that it was my fault because I had continued to drive it. I will be taking them to court.

    Rob Mitchell: I dont say this about many businesses but the folks at Gradys honestly made us feel like family, they didnt just fix a beater for us that wouldnt make it past the state line without them but they made sure it made it clear to Connecticut. While they were fixing it doing top of the line work they charged us rock bottom prices to look out for a young newlywed couple. I would recommend Gradys to anyone looking to fix their vehicles, it may take a little while to get it in (theyre always constantly busy it seems, good work is always in high demand) but definitely worth the wait. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

    Jason Nordan: My father-in-law had a motorcycle wreck in which he was fatally injured. The state patrol had this towing company come and tow his motorcycle off. We contacted the towing company the very next day to find out what we needed to do to get the bike out and how much storage would be. They said they would not charge us storage because of the fatality involved and for us to take care of our business and it would be there when we got it handled. But we will need a death certificate. The death certificate took three weeks in which this company charged us $2900 for storage after telling me and my wife that they would not charge us any storage on the bike. This is ridiculous. Do not use this company for anything. They are crooks and liars to charge a grieving family $2900 to store a motorcycle in which they wouldn’t let us get out without the death certificate is observed.
