1 /5 Jason Nordan: My father-in-law had a motorcycle wreck in which he was fatally injured. The state patrol had this towing company come and tow his motorcycle off. We contacted the towing company the very next day to find out what we needed to do to get the bike out and how much storage would be. They said they would not charge us storage because of the fatality involved and for us to take care of our business and it would be there when we got it handled. But we will need a death certificate. The death certificate took three weeks in which this company charged us $2900 for storage after telling me and my wife that they would not charge us any storage on the bike. This is ridiculous. Do not use this company for anything. They are crooks and liars to charge a grieving family $2900 to store a motorcycle in which they wouldn’t let us get out without the death certificate is observed.
