We will refund you the money that we charged to try and fix the car, we are sorry about the outcome, whatever happened to those days never ever again.. 323.00 an you didn’t do the job… you can make up whatever story you want, the part that you sent me cost $167 and I told you the first time I was willing to pay you for that part but it seems to me that you all wasn’t too sure if that was the problem or not why do I have to get the part? Why can’t you get the part I give you the money for the part and you fix the car, you’re just double talking now you’re saying I didn’t wanna pay for the part and I told you I’m willing to pay for the part. I have the money to pay for the part but if you’re not sure if this is what’s gonna fix the car then why am I gonna pay for a part, and the first thing comes out your mouth is there’s no gas in it, that’s a lie, the gauge stopped working on the car 10 years ago and when you put gas in it, you filled it up with $15 so what does that tell you it had to be at least a half a tank or a little over the half a tank for $15 to even fill it up so it had gas in it. The gauge just doesn’t work in it. Some mechanics you are I will never come to you again and everyone I see I will tell him how you all treated me and how you kept my car for over seven months and didn’t do nothing to it and if you knew you could not fix it you should’ve just said we cannot fix it and allow me to take my car and go somewhere else to someone else who could fix it… you all as a public, you can do what you wanna do, but I would stay far from this place, if this is the way that they treat people, I didn’t even want my money back. I just wanted the car fixed.,, It just goes back to the first thing I said integrity if you knew you couldn’t fix the car and you couldn’t find the part for it and you claim it’s old and you can’t find the part for it and the parts you find you don’t feel comfortable ordering it then why didn’t you just say that in the beginning and let me take my ball and go home?
This car has somewhat sentimental value to me, if you had told me last year, it cost $1000 to fix. I would’ve paid you $1000 to have it fixed but to bring the car home and after a day it doesn’t even crank after bringing it home after a day Really, you really think that’s professional,
