5 /5 Rob Mitchell: I dont say this about many businesses but the folks at Gradys honestly made us feel like family, they didnt just fix a beater for us that wouldnt make it past the state line without them but they made sure it made it clear to Connecticut. While they were fixing it doing top of the line work they charged us rock bottom prices to look out for a young newlywed couple. I would recommend Gradys to anyone looking to fix their vehicles, it may take a little while to get it in (theyre always constantly busy it seems, good work is always in high demand) but definitely worth the wait. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

5 /5 Christopher Long: I’m from Kentucky working on an engineering project in Waycross. The ball joint on my truck sheared off, leaving me stranded. Local towing company recommended Grady’s. Dropped off first thing Monday morning, not knowing what to expect. Did I mention I needed the truck to drive two hours Friday to Savannah to catch a flight?! Not only did the guys get my truck in (with a lot full of cars waiting) but had it fixed and good-as-new by Wednesday!! And the price was so good I was shocked. They checked the rest of the front end of my Chevy, recommended a couple things that could wait, and got me back on the road. Don’t expect some fancy waiting room with a Keurig, just down-to-earth honest folks doing good work. THANK YOU GRADY’S!!!!

5 /5 Matt Cherry: Amazing service, very friendly and helpful. We were on a family road trip and our rented van broke down. These guys looked it at first thing the next morning and had us out the same day. They even called around to friends to help us get a rental car (which we ended up not needing). Would highly recommend!

5 /5 Michael Hampton: This is a pre review of the services being preformed at Grady”s. My vehicles transmission got a major leak while driving over the weekend. I was able to get the transmission full enough to get it to Grady”s for service. I had no scheduled appointment but still left it for service hoping they could at some point get it in for repairs. Come Monday they said they would get it in as soon as they could, the business is extremely busy and they could of said no but if was reassuring they would get to it when they could. Thank you Grady”s.
