1 /5 Lando Harris: I do not recommend to anyone.i went and put down $1000 for a car and 2days later cant drive it.needs multiple things done to run.when I got the car they told me that was the best one on the lot and no problems but when I brought car back they refuse to do anything to fix it.they gave me the bring it back run around and they fix it but when i arrived kept telling me they dont have the time and bring it back,so i did 2days in a row and still havent did anything to help fix it.please save your money and just go to a real buy here pay here

Cindy Ray: I have a Dodge ram 3500 series diesel and I use diesel oil not synthetic so I called him up asked him if he would change my oil and I had the oil and the filter. Charge me $30 and did a great job. Not the first time I have been there and certainly not the last. Edit: I was in Monroe when my Truck started running hot. Called a wrecker paid him to take truck to Nicks Garage. Knowing he has been closed 2 hrs. I left truck overnight. Its a safe area. Shop called me in morning, told me what was wrong, how much to fix it. I picked it up only a few hrs later. Truck runs Good. I like these ppl. Just good ole honest hard working (Good ole American boys) folks!

Toni Evans: We have been here several times for our tires. We have always liked Jose, the owner. Posting this is hard for me because this is his livihood, and they are nice people. I do want them to continue to thrive. That being said... I highly recommend being vigilant about the financial part. I bought a part from Auto Zone that someone else was unable to properly put in. I brought the part and car to Jose. Jose had tried charging me again for another alternator telling me that Auto Zone charged him and told me that mine was too beat up for them to use the warranty. He encouraged me not to call Auto Zone and told me he could get the port back but he would have to charge me. I contacted them thinking they were being unfair to him. I immediately called and already had my information pulled up. Auto Zone told me that they never charged Jose for the part because it was recently purchased and I had a warranty. There is no charge on a replacement. He was on another line with them trying to get the port from them to make it look like he was doing us a favor to get our money back. They said they couldnt understand why he was asking for the port. Jose later stated that "corporate " decided to not charge us for the part. We were disappointed because we really like the guy and finding trustworthy people to work on cars is hard. We would not have minded paying the full price if we hadnt already bought the alternator that same month and had not known it was under a lifetime warranty. Auto Zone is Athens was able to pull up all of my information and new all of the transactions and the return of the other alternator. They even delivered the part to him. I do not want this sweet family to lose business. Something dire could have been going on for him to make this decision. We all have our moments. I just ask that everyone use caution and dont be afraid to contact Auto Zone with questions. Its your finances.

Dennis Saunders: So it’s a Friday night and I take my son to go fishing at Lost Mountain Park. When I got there I realized I had lost 2 of my 5 lugs and they were broken off, then I realized a 3rd lug was about to break off too. I had my truck towed to Alpha Auto Center at 10:00PM Friday night. Saturday morning David called me with what it needs. It needed a lot because I rode around on a wobbly wheel for a week or two. Kelsey, my mechanic, did an amazing job and they got it all done by Saturday afternoon! I really enjoyed the quick turnaround and communication! I highly recommend Alpha auto center for your car and truck repairs. Thanks to them I’m back at work quickly, a must for a pool guy in June.
