saleta lessane My daughter took her Honda here bc she was having issues with it starting. Michael confirmed that it was the starter after he did a diagnostic. He also said that the starter had a 1 yr warranty on it or 12,000 miles. 5 months later, she is having the same issue. We take it back and he switches out the starter again. In the lot of the shop, the car wouldn’t start after he supposedly switched out the starter. He switches it out for another starter for free after going back in forth with us about how we shouldn’t have to pay for a new starter. 3 days later, it’s the same issue. Take it to another mechanic and we find out that it is the flywheel. We still need a new starter though. We call Michael back and ask him to call Auto Zone so that we can switch the part out and he refuses. Stating “ last time, you upset me so I can’t help you. You will have to pay for another starter.” How is that fair? I also found out that starters have 2 to 3 year warranties on them. Michael makes up his own policies. Please ask questions and verify any information before giving over your hard earned money. $500 dollars later and I still don’t have a starter……who should be angry? Him or me

Robert Duckett Took my Honda Accord there for new water pump and timing belt. Work was completed properly. Mechanic takes pride in his work and seemed to pay attention to the details. Will be taking my car back again. Pricing was very fair.

I was also grateful that they repaired my vehicle at a very small amount compared to what other people were trying to charge me! These guys and ladies are awesome !!!!!!

Drea Etienne Payden gave such awesome customer care during the process of getting my car fixed after a bad wreck. I even had a slight issue with my lights after I got my car, he had no problems getting that repaired for me at no additional cost, I offered to leave a tip but he was so generous he denied when I offered. I wanted to leave a positive review about him and the business the least I could do for his great customer service. I recommend this shop hospitality is very welcoming.

Jalen Juanrisco My Husband recently took our car to this mechanic to have the AC checked, as it wasnt working properly. They suggested the air compressor might be the issue. We purchased the new compressor and we were told it would be ready within a couple of hours. However, after several hours and multiple calls with no response, my husband walked to where he dropped the vehicle off, all to find out there was a stripped screw that needed to be ordered, causing a two-day delay. When we picked up the car, we paid for labor, but the AC still wasnt working. The mechanic mentioned a chip that might need reprogramming, but he never followed up with further information. The mechanic seemed to be overwhelmed, had a slight attitude but over seemed to be is a nice individual but given the lack of communication and the fact that were now out $600 without a functioning AC, were taking our business elsewhere for a second opinion and to seemingly start all over. As a paying customer I never want to feel like Im a burden and thats what it felt like

After a few lousy experiences over the first 2 years I chanced across Tom, called him and the rest is history. Tom is my first choice for all 3 of my auto needs hands down. Caitlin Marica First and last time doing business with them. I have an alternator replaced and spent almost $400. Just to go to AutoZone and have them test it and it’s still failing. I called to ask them to replace it and they said “it’s something electrical”. This should have been fixed when I paid $400. I will never do business with you guys again. Scammers!!!!

Who? I’m a roofer from Louisiana and unfortunately had some issues with f250 while I was working in Lithonia ga. I looked and called around to multiple places somehow by the grace of God I found this place very nice guys knowledgeable and got right down to the problem even got it addressed the same day before Fourth of July. Tee Jay Service(s): Injector install, use of diagnostic tool. Pros: -Wayne seemed helpful at first. -They seem to do *good* work for actual companies that use diesel trucks--like H.E.R.O and other semi trucks. -The prices were better compared to others Cons: -We felt rushed, and not prioritized when speaking on the phone, or following up on the truck. -No clear answer on estimate time of completion. Our truck was there for weeks for a simple repair. -The straw that broke the camels back was that one of the techs was upset that we installed our exhaust pressor sensor on our own so decided to charge for us using their diagnostic tool...when they didnt charge the first time. -Also pay attention to the repair work if youre able to. We caught them unplugging and rearranging wires and cables (Which had nothing to do with us wanting to use their diag tool). It was clear that they were potentially trying to sabotage our truck. Final thoughts: Use these guys with caution. I would test their patience on the phone first. If they cant be patient with you there then youre likely just another number instead of a name.

Trae Reed went in for a quarter panel fix. left with a bent key and and messed up ignition $400 worth of work i had to get fixed after i already paid them the price for my quarter panel. and when i got there they tried to say i brought them a bent key. Terrible

Carla McClatty Must admit I was a little worried about this place because my daughter found them online. But, I couldnt been more wrong about this place. I want say THANK YOU to the owner. My daughter had car problems while traveling in the area. She called Franks and explained the problem to him and he had her to bring the car to him. When she got there he took one look and told her that what she explained was not her problem and it would be much less than what he told her. He made an exception for her so that she could pick her car up on a different day to accommodate her schedule. I really appreciated him for that. I now know who I could trust to take car too if I need to if Im in the area. Frank THANK YOU for helping my daughter in her time of need.

Parks III Harold “Tray” I was having some issues with a coolant leak, but my vehicle was not overheating. Without an appointment, I walked in and was seen right away. After a detailed inspection of the vehicle the problem was quickly found, coolant hose and an expanding water hose with bad clamps. Within a few hours, the issues were repaired, and I was back on the road. The Staff and Techs were friendly, helpful and very professional. I recommend TA Automotive for you auto repairs.

Carmen Martin They had my car in there for almost 5 hours for a diagnostic then tried to charge almost $1k for spark plugs when I JUST got mine replaced 2 weeks prior. I made an appt with my regular mechanic but now my temperature gauge is doing things it wasn’t doing prior to bringing it here. Also they messed with my screen and changed the style & my rearview camera wasn’t working for a while once getting it from them. Idk what they have going on but I would not recommend this place to anyone I care about…

Raquel Locascio Rick told my son that it would be 2 weeks before they could look at his truck, when 2 weeks came we tried to call with no answer. We called from another # and they answered. When they did answer we were told by Renee that it would be a month before they can diagnose it. They are very unprofesional to drag us around. I think they cherry pick which jobs they want to do. I DO NOT recomend them unless you want to get dragged around.

Taye Ferg Bad customer service and unreliable car repairs. Battery not mounted correctly. Bolts are missing. They went thru my trunk and opened packages despite me telling them the parts are in the back seat and tried to tape it back. Luckily I have camera footage from my ring door bell on how the package looked right before arriving. Not to mention you don’t need to take out the battery to replace struts which is all they were supposed to do. I’m so grateful for having a full inspection on my car FROM SOMEONE ELSE days before bringing my car into them. This will make handling it in court easier. Owner has nasty attitude, she over talked me the entire time.

If they don’t think anything is wrong with your car they aren’t going to say something is and charge you a bunch of money to replace something that isn’t going to fix the problem. So beyond thankful for the time and the energy Curt put into my VW Beetle today. He listened to me and didn’t make me feel dumb. Will definitely be using them for now on.
