1 /5 Sylvia McAllister: I am beyond disappointed in this office. My first few appointments were positive. A month ago, I cracked a tooth and was able to get in to see the dentist fairly quickly. He looked at my tooth, removed the remainder of the large filling and told me I needed a crown; however, I would need to await authorization from the VA. After following up a week later without receiving a call, I was informed the employee that worked in VA authorizations was no longer employed there. I have been going back and forth with them for a month now and still no authorization requested. A whole month with no filing and some discomfort. Each time I call, Im assured they would forward my inquiry to someone who can get it done. Each time I call, same response and no results. I called again this afternoon, left a message and did not receive a call back before the end of day. I now have to go back through the VA system for another referral to another community dentist. Despite my concerns on the condition of my tooth, I will not go back to this office as they have shown me, they will not go out of their way and couldnt care less how I feel.
