The staff was warm and very patient with me and the dentist was the chefs kiss. She was very gentle and understanding of my fear. She made sure I was taken care of. I felt no pain or "pressure". Cedric Patterson This office is fantastic. I recently had issues with another office that my main dentist office recommended. It was horrible and not organized. My main dentist told me to leave them alone and come to this one instead. I was a little nervous to call due to my past experience. But these guys did everything they could to make sure they work with my insurance company and to determine what I needed to bring to get this dental work done. Doctor Eddie Louis was fantastic. The Root canal I had done was way better than I expected. I felt like a millionaire when I left that place. Thanks guys.

Barbara West I had to have a root canal today. I went to Fayetteville, Great Expressions. Dr Woods and his assistants; Jerome and Niesha, (I hope I spelled her name correctly) as well the really nice lady at the front desk. Were all great. They took wonderful care of me. I was in and out of his chair on about 30 minutes. I was worried because a friend had a root canal a couple weeks ago and said he was in the chair (at a different Endodontist) for HOURS. I am so glad Dr Woods at Great Expresions are covered under my insurance. Thank you so much yall. I feel better already.

Gloria McCard First appointment today with Dr. Gonzales and he was super nice, answering any questions I had about up coming extractions and plans for after my stitches come out. The front office was so polite and helpful and Dr. Gonzaless assistants were friendly and knowledgeable about why I was there. Christopher Davis Do not use their services. While the care was fine, they started nickel and diming me on fees and would never provide an explanation. I called in November 2024 to ask why I had a charge and was told I would get a call back. I had to submit a complaint through my insurance and still didnt get a clear response. Its now March 2025 and Im still waiting for that call back. I decided to stop going there and cancel my appointments by replying to their email reminder. When that didnt work I called in to cancel and was told that it was cancelled. I just got an email confirming the appointment I cancelled the week before. Youre not going to extort me while hiding behind that piece of paper on the wall.

Pam Russell Such honest people!! My mother went with the idea she needed new dentures, as her current dentures seem to be ill-fitting. Imagine our surprise when the dentist stated she did not need new dentures but just a good adjustment!!! My mother said she’s not exactly sure what he did, but her dentures never felt better! Mom said she has no pain and no slippage!! They could have charged us for new dentures as our insurance would have paid, but they didn’t!! My mother is excited to go back and she is back to the business of sporting her beautiful smile!!

Becky Marucci The actual procedure seemed to go well . I would advise that if you have an adult son with autism they will not allow you to go back with them before or after the wisdom teeth removal surgery. Keep in mind my son is 18 however we have legal guardianship and by law have the right to make all medical decisions on his behalf . I should have asked for clarification at the consult. I probably would have searched for another oral surgeon that was more understanding of the needs of autistic families. It’s very hard knowing he wouldn’t be able to tell me if anything went wrong . Front office staff was friendly. The doctor was highly recommended. I hope they make exceptions in the future for autistic patients . To close I was surprised that the office hasn’t called to check on him . We are now 3 days post op.

Great personality, very professional, explains every detail where you can understand, and listens to any concerns you have. I would recommend her for any of your oral surgery needs. amanda muhleisen I can’t say I’d recommend the Banks Station location. When it comes to customer service they have A LOT or room for improvement. We waited just shy of an hour before actually being seen by anyone for a cleaning. The doctor was nice, at least. We scheduled an appointment for 2 fillings. I got a voicemail a few days before the appointment saying they had to cancel due to a doctor scheduling issue and that they’d call again to reschedule. Fast forward a couple weeks, no call. Over a week we left 3 messages with no response. I had a weekday off so I drove there during business hours (a Monday at 9:45am) and they weren’t open. What is going on?

Amber First off , anything dentist related somewhat scares me. I saw the movie “ The Dentist” as a child, and lets just say that movie played a role in my paranoia about anything dental related. I had my wisdom teeth removed and I was soooo nervous prior to my appointment. I was mainly nervous about the anesthesia that would cause me to fall asleep because I never had to go under before for any procedure. However, Dr. Collin’s and his staff were extremely sweet. The frost desk lady greeted me with a huge smile and was so polite making me much more comfortable walking into my appointment. The dental assistant came to get me to prep me for my surgery. She was constantly checking in on me to make sure I felt comfortable. Once Dr. Collin’s came in, he greeted me with such an upbeat voice that my nerves slowly went away. He could tell I was nervous about the procedure. I remember talking about my twin daughters, my new relationship, and he was giving me some insight into his family dynamic and what to prepare for with raising teenagers which bought a heart-warming and funny conversation before I suddenly dozed off. I am so thankful I was referred to this office and I will definitely be referring others if they are looking for an amazing dental office.

Richeal Asamoah Got my wisdom teeth pulled & everything was top notch. The customer service from every staff that I interacted with was top tier. Dr. Collins was very personable and he eased my anxiety as well as answered any questions I had. The procedure itself was a breeze. Lakeisha I was referred to Dr. Kenneth Collins and I’m so glad I was! I have a 6 month old baby, and struggle with scheduling dentist appointments due to not being able to bring my son back during the appointments. When I called to schedule an appointment I asked could I schedule my appointment in the morning so I can come while my son is in daycare, the scheduler made me feel so at ease and welcome my baby. She stated they love babies and they’ll sit with my baby while if necessary. Dr. Kennth sat with my two children while I received an x-ray. I’m so thankful for them. Everyone in the office is so nice, loving, and kind! They got us in and out so swiftly. I wish I could go there for all my dental needs!

Lisa Doe Staff does not care about kids but money. I had an issue with my insurance due to something they did and when I asked why , they couldn’t answer and told me not bring my child back. Your staff made the mistake, I made calls and got the insurance issue resolved and the office still denied my child to return. The search for a good pediatrician is hard. Now I have a bill because your staff made a huge mistake and doesn’t want to own up to it.

The building (both offices) are aesthetically pleasing. I love all of the wall murals. Scheduling is easy and I never have to wait months for an appointment. Cynthia Harris The staff is nice and they do good work on your teeth. I just have a issue with the fees. If you dont pay close attention and ask a lot of questions you will be broke. The lady at the front desk tried over and over to explain the missing money to me. I appreciate her trying to help me. I I still dont understand where the $225 I spent to get my son teeth cleaned went. I know it took me a few months to bring him back . That should be still on his account. I paid for it....He only got one side cleaned. He came in last week to get a follow up idk but he didnt deep clean the other side. You can tell by looking. I still prefer a manager to talk to me about this. I still have MORE questions.

A Witt Made an appointment online. Provided all the information requested. Received confirmation of the appointment. One week prior to the appointment they send me a request to change my appointment to an earlier opening. I accept the new appointment and receive a CONFIRMATION of the new appointment. I show up for my appointment and Im told that it has been canceled because it wasnt confirmed by PHONE. The emails and text msgs they sent me NEVER mentioned that I needed to call. Totally unprofessional. I lost half a days work and got nothing for it.

My root canal procedure went well, and Dr. Haycock and Heather worked very professionally to make sure I was informed and doing well throughout the procedure. I would highly recommend this practice.
