1 /5 keisha Sotherland: Lack of communication. I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, only to find out at the appointment the appointment I was scheduled for a consultation. I was really upset and I decided to give this office another chance. Today I arrive for my cleaning and crown. I was told I needed to pay $522.13 plus $75.00. This was know big deal. The problem is that I called Monday to confirm how much I needed to pay out of pocket. I was told $75.00. This is why I called so that when I came into the office I would not have any problems. Communication is not hard and my schedule is tight. I do not like wasting my time. I just canceled all future appointment due to the lack of communication. Just tell me what I needed to pay when I called. I know this seem minor but communication is not hard.

5 /5 Laquetia Shaw: I was referred by my insurance company. I looked this place up read the reviews and she did delivered!!!! Dr. McMiller was so gentle and she had great staff everything was was I expected. They are affordable and realistic tx plan.

3 /5 Kami Boiken: Dr. McMiller is simply amazing and everything you love about a dentist. That said, her office staff needs lots of work. Weve been coming here for years. Recently, her office staffs customer service (or lack thereof) has declined, causing us to look elsewhere. Simply put, they are rude and unhelpful. This is extremely unfortunate, and it has become quite difficult to deal with her staff.

From my very first appointment, they made me feel welcome, educated, and supported, even accommodating my urgent schedule conflicts by squeezing me in for appointments. I needed a few fillings, and Dr. McMiller and her staff took amazing care of me. These were my first cavities, and I was nervous and embarrassed beforehand, but they immediately put me at ease. The entire team is not only professional but also incredibly personable, creating a comfortable and reassuring atmosphere. I’m so grateful for their exceptional care and kindness. Thank you, Dreamworks! 10/10—highly recommend them to everyone!

5 /5 Valerie Shaw: Dr. McMiller provides excellent & professional dental care! She, and her staff, are very compassionate! This is why weve referred others to her. We were patients of hers, for the past 4 - 5 years, when she was part of another dental practice. When she opened her own practice, we had to search for her. Thank the Lord for Google! Once we found her we decided to make the hour long drive, because we have an excellent dentist in Dr. McMiller!
