3 /5 Sofya Cohan: Dr. Robinson was exceptional—very professional and provided wonderful service. The oral hygienist was great as well, and the rest of the staff was friendly and attentive. However, my experience with Heather, who handled the insurance claim, was disappointing. She refused to call the insurance office, citing a lack of time to wait on the phone. While I understood her position, I took the initiative to call them myself and handle the issue.
The other issue arose when it took Heather over a months to file my claim to my second insurance. This only happened after I made repeated phone calls to remind her. As a result, my bill ended up being twice as high as it should have been. It took another month for her to correct the error.
After I overpaid, I spent another month trying to get a refund, only to find that the check had been lost by USPS (of course not her fault). Every time I spoke to Heather, she was unhelpful and rude. She seemed unwilling to assist unless I repeatedly called and reminded her. Each conversation felt like an inconvenience for her. I finally received my refund after speaking with another receptionist.
While I am very satisfied with Dr. Robinsons care and have additional dental work planned, I am hesitant to return due to my unpleasant interactions with Heather.
